For a demonstration, this is a very likeable routine. I don't understand why you omitted trikonasana, and ardha chandrasana from trikonasana. Also Parsvottanasana would have been good too. You move gracefully and in a relaxed way, which is the heart of asana practice. I wish you well. from Rama, 81 year old yoga teacher 500 RYT. I teach in New Jersey.
wow you seem to flow really nicely!...Doing yoga for a few months now......moving on to intermediate....will try your version in 10 minutes :)
Flowing easily from one pose to another comes with practice. Namaste.

Beautiful!
Thank you.
Great routine, would love a voice guidance
Thank you for the compliment. A narrated version is being considered for a future version.
+DiTuroProductions Is the narrated version available yet?
that was pretty awesome
Thanks.
Needs voice guidance as you can't follow it otherwise! Had to keep looking at the screen which is difficult when doing the poses.
+Martha An instructional version is being discussed. Thank you for your comment.
what do I do if beginners is too easy but this is too hard
You can modify, omit or substitute poses for the poses that are too hard. A yoga teach can recommend a routine for you.
Wish this had a voice so I could follow along
If there is enough interest, it will be considered for a future edition. Thank you.
