Installing / Replacing a PS4 Controllers Front and Back Shell

I do what the title says. This is an updated video to a previous video that I make 4.5 years ago. The JDM number is on the top of the motherboard. Push on the joysticks to separate the motherboard from the plastic housing.

At time 12:10 the easy way to pull the ribbon cable through is to put the tweezer through the hole put the cable into the tweezers and slowly and carefully pull the tweezers back and it makes the most annoy part easier
