You should do a review of CHUWI's pen tablets and laptops. They are all super budget friendly and have a ton of pressure sensitivity levels.

Would you say a regular 9th gen ipad would be good for drawing? I believe it offers Apple Pencil support.

You missed the lenovo multitouch x series thinkpads with wacom tablet hardware. Cheap, big screen, Windows OS. Do your research.
Would I be able to send a file to print on a printer? I'm looking for something to draw my stencils with so I can print them out and use a stencil printer

Yes you can, However It will not be the standard USB-b port stick. You will need a newer USB flash drive with a type c port. No worries those are also quite cheap.
Just make sure your PC, Laptop also has a c port that you can use. :)

I had a picassotab and it died after a year. the battery didn't die, the tablet just broke.
Mine came out of the box broken. We send it back and bought an Xbox instead.
But with the tablets you need to download and PAY an app. And it already takes a serious searching time to find a good app. Which you don't have with specific drawing tablets. The program is UNCLUDED. So comparing those 2 does not add up!!
But I mention which programs and apps you can use, so it doesn't take serious searching time :d (some that are free, and some that are paid)

One if the best buys I ever made was a samsung galaxy tab A
Now here's the thing.
This tablet was super underrated, and on top of that, there were 2 versions.
Most people who DID know about this tablet didn't know that there was a version released with S -pen. (It's built into the tablet like the notes)
The main release did not have the spen built in.
And I could swear there was 2 sizes available on TOP of that. So it was a really weird release from samsung.
It was released in 2019, so it was already very powerful. But yeah it's out of production now.
I bought one on amazon from south africa, so it was going to be more expensive than buying local, but even then, it was very cheap for what it was.
I wanted to buy another one for future reference, but I was too late.
The one I have is still very healthy, but sadly I could not get screen protectors and a pouch in time, one day it fell on its face and the screen was cracked. Thankfully not ruined.
I just slapped some desefix on it, and still use to this day.
I just wish samsung would go back to that formula.
I was given an apple pad. You can't up date it the new software won't work. Solution new pad. No thanks rip off.
