I finally told myself it's time to stop suffering. I was feeling like a failure after a family suicide. I finally realised that my mind was causing my own suffering through my interpretation, emotions and circular thinking and that it's only me that can change my thinking. I needed to finally turn to myself, to mother myself, to love myself above all else. I can only change myself. I can reconcile the pain that was passed on to me from my loved one. Its a work in progress.

I belive in me. I don't understand why I get a lot of haters that don't even know me they try to start stuff with me for no reason. It's something I never will understand. That makes me sick.
I understand I have been through the same situation before and I know what it like to get picked on. However, it's important not to let them get under our skin even though it may sting a bit. Still, it's not worth it and besides they don't know us. We know ourselves more than they do.

Listen to everything but make your own decisions. Not matter what they say on TV I say NO I won't get sick because my immune system is Healthy an protects me! I work with sick people around me every winter with colds an flu's an sleep with my wife with cold an flu's and I never get sick! I like being exposed to germs an viruses because it stimulates my immune system! 🙏🏼

Free yourself and build you,you're your greatest asset of motivation along with God. Remember they're people who love you especially too.
Mine tried to kill me , I lived , I am alive . There are financial problems with me also. But, you are alive , you have many things to enjoy. You are not a failure . But you are a broken human being . You do not have to do all this sport stuff like on the video.Find what you like and do it. You are a precious human life , more valuable than all the gold , diamonds and all that. Think about that How wonderful you are. Dont look back to the past . That man is gone now . Hooray!
