    I have epilepsy and cannot drive myself to a gym, so I love that I can just turn on my computer and right there are hundreds of amazing, free, effective, and fun workout videos! I really don’t know what I would do without you guys.

      A full body workout with only/mostly weights, those are my absolute favorite. Also maybe something that would focus on inner/outer thighs :D And maybe a HIIT for abs? I can't wait to do this tomorrow!

      FitnessBlender great routine! I'd love to see maybe a 45 minute (warm-up & cool-down included) total body routine of all your favorite and most effective exercises, preferably weighted and maybe a little cardio mixed in. Thanks!!! 😁😁

    LOVED this one. Having the HIIT alternate between the strength intervals made it so that I always felt re-energized each interval. The format really worked well for me. And it flew by so quick that I couldn't believe it was time for the cool down and stretch. Holllllla!

    Hi Kelly and Daniel, thank you for everything you both do for this channel. I've been using your videos to workout for about 5 years now! I do your HIIT or strength workouts about 2-3 days a week and do a day of running whenever I can. I like to walk my dog in between my "hard" workout days. This routine, along with healthy eating 80% of the time has helped keep me in shape. I love the approach to fitness both of you try to encourage too!

    The power of clean eating!!! Today I ate a good amount of veggies with meat (sorry, I can't avoid it, I love meat) and it's been a while since I last ate bread, lately I tried my best not to skip meals (breakfast specially), and been eating fish, green tea, adding chia seeds to my detox water, etc. I did this workout and felt fulled of energy all the way through! I'm half dead by the end of it lol, but I'm amazed on how my body kept going on the HIIT portion! Love you FB!

    This one is going right into my favorites. I especially like Daniel's routines because he is thourough at explaing the moves and how our bodies should be positioned to avoid injury. Thank you for taking the time to explain these things to us, because it's very easy to forget.

    I like how this workout uses muscles that I don't normally how with regular exercises (pushups, jogging, etc.), and the cardio involved. It really pointed out the weaknesses in my body that I can work on. Thank you!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this format!!!!! Totally my favorite ever!! I did have to switch the jumping lunges to burpees on the second round because Kelly kicked my butt with the jumping lunges on the workout I did yesterday and my legs were not going there! I hope that was not cheating!? Thank you for all you do! You have made my life better!!! 52 and fit!

    more of these sets please! i particularly like that the hiit exercises were the same so we could focus on perfecting form and that the strength exercises were upper body focused.

    I LOVED the HIIT and Strength combined! It made the HIIT wayy more doable being 4 minutes, I would just think "its just 4 minutes" and power right through it! This is definetly one of my favorite workout videos for sure!

    I enjoyed this workout. The jump lunges were difficult for my knees but I still got a hell of a burn. I would like to know how to make the jump lunges easier for my knees. I’ll be adding this to my weekly workout.

    Absolutely love this style! Did 3 sets of the lifting exercises with 12 reps instead of the 2 sets with 10 reps.

    I remember the first Time I did this, my legs were so sore during the workout specially with that Squat jack jumps. But now I feel the pain but I have more resistance, and that makes me feel so proud of my self. Thanks fitnessblender! Amazing workout!

    My arms hurt a lot tonight! I'm happy I didn't have to modify any of the HIIT intervals, the exercises were very well put together. I actually think I push more when I repeat exercises because I always try to do the same number of reps as in the first round. Adding this to my favorites, thanks ☺️

    Going through physio on the right shoulder at the moment so I had to reduce the weights for the ventral & pullover but everything else I dealt with reasonably well. Always love your reminders regarding breathing & form, keeps me from hurting myself:)

    This is my favorite structure for HIIT and Strength, alternating the two rather than one big block of HIIT. I have started adapting the HIIT structure for my rebounder. It's easier on my joints and the bouncing is more fun than jumping on the floor.

    Hadn't done this workout before, I only did 2 reps and enjoyed it. Maybe next time I'll do the 3. I did the weights on my gym ball as I don't have a bench. That's 2 successive workout days for me, I only like to do 3 or 4 a week.
    As usual, great workout and thanks for speaking through the routines, it does help. Cheers Dan.

    You guys killed it (and me) again! Been with FitnessBlender since 2013 and I feel like you offer the best workouts including HIIT Cardio and Strength Training, it works the best for me.
    In this video I would have prefered different HIIT groups between the strength parts..was kinda disappointed when I had to do the same exercises again :D

    Love, love, love this combo of strength and hiit, and I really appreciate you using the same exercises for the hiit intervals. This made it very easy for me to focus on my form and perfecting the hiit exercises versus having to learn new exercises each time. Thanks again for another awesome workout! You guys are the BEST ❤️

    I like these combined (HIIT +strength) when I'm feeling extra strong and want something extra during my strength training. I also like the specific separated videos which I can pick depending on the day and I can also combine however I like!

    Great workout! Thank you. Maybe consider some instruction or modification for those with lower back issues. I'm strong but my back is recovering and would be tired when doing some of the bent over shoulder/arm exercises. I ended up putting one knee on a bench to relieve back but still do arm. Overall, great job. Thanks for making this available.

    Thank you. This is an amazing workout. Although I'm not a fan of repeated dumbells upper body workout (2nd and 4th day of FB Strong week 3), but on reading the description that the HIIT in this is for lower body I got tempted to do this. Glad I did. I am so tired right now, burnt 300 calories in 40 minutes. Many thanks fitness blender.

    That was amazing!!! It turned out to be total body workout. Adding HIIT portions in between usually "less exciting" upper body sets made the whole difference. Thank you for another nice surprise :-)

    Alright, I have to say this workout was really fun and it felt new. The four HIIT exercises didn't feel boring, and they felt inclusive of the whole body and challenging. The strength portion was very challenging too because of the HIIT rounds which made this more fun. one comment though was that the cool down felt too short, the stretches were great but the timer made it too short compared to your usual cool downs. all in all, this was the best workout I had in a while so thank you so much for that, and I hope to see more of you guys soon.
