I'm not a huge fan of kickboxing but I keep coming back to this one because it's so effective! The kickboxing portion is only 8 minutes, it's not super repetitive and it flies by very fast. The strength portion afterwards feels challenging on completely another level AND it has pretty much all of my favourite upper body exercises!! So fun.
i was in a very "unkinetic" study process in my past months (10 hour study in a day) , and although i am a 1.72m height and 54 kg girl, my look is so "slouchy". i want to get shape again, lean and tone legs, butts, and posture!

This is by far my favorite fitness blender workout. I'm a huge fan of the "bored easily" workouts, but even tho this one has some repetition, I loved it. Two days later my body is still sore, and as soon as the pain subsides, I'm going to do this one again!
Brilliant workout! I find upper body workouts can easily get boring and quite tedious. The addition of HIIT at the start made it much more bearable and really made everything burn in the strength portion. Would love more workouts like this - maybe with the kickboxing cardio weaved between strength sets? Thanks for another great workout :)

Every time I decide to do this workout, I"m thinking about adding another 10 or 15 minute strength workout, since al little over 30 minutes seems so short for cardio and strength combined. Yet every time bythe time the strength section is over, I can barely move anymore
Short term, I'm looking to lose those stubborn last couple of pounds and tone up, long term I want to become stronger and healthier I already changed how I eat and I'm working out with you guys so I'm on the right track 😃 I would love if you would do a new full body strength training + Hiit routine .
These are tough, especially the cardio kick boxing if you want to call it that. I had to pause the video after 2 mins to get my breath back. I certainly don't use the weight you manage but the sweat pored out (pun intended). It's made me hungry too. Thanks.
Hey Daniel, enjoyed the video and workout, but I want everyone to understand and enjoy it and some of the captions are off and there are a lot of people who rely on captions when watching these videos. For example at 0:12 when you introduced yourself as "Daniel from Fitness blender.com", the caption says "hello this is General fitness 1.com." I had the most horrible pain in my shoulders and did this workout and it healed my pain so well!! Love this workout
