I used to do all your workouts and I got seriously fit 3 years ago thanks to you. I was overweight and I lost over 12 kilos with you! I stopped though due to eating disorders and body and hormonal problems.. I stopped for 2 years and now I'm so out of shape! Thing is I hate low impact workouts, they bore me out! I love these so much but I have to take multiple breaks bc I'm out of shape now, but I'll do a bit of these every day till I can finish one without breaks :) I love you guys, love from Egypt 💕 thank you for being awesomw!
I revisited this workout today when I was bored and unmotivated to do much of anything. It was perfect. It's not brutal, yet it burns a lot of calories and works up a good sweat. It goes by super fast -- even the tough segments are over before you know it! One of my favorites.

Ooooh, I really, REALLY loved the structure of this workout! The alternation between boxing and HIIT was absolutely perfect, I really relished this. Please, feel free to do more of this, and with longer workouts! Also, thanks for everything you guys already do. My life is better for having Fitness Blender as a part of it.
This is a great workout! Good and sweaty. The workout groups are short and quick, so that makes even the tough ones achievable. I've found kickboxing to be an incredible upper body workout. You don't realize how effective shadow boxing is until the next day.
I really like this one! It is hard and intense but not too long. I get very bored with long workouts so I feel like this one packs a real punch in less than 30 mns.
This is so fun and its so hard. I got through 16 minutes of the work out and I was tired. I will push myself harder next time, but im proud I atleast sweating alot, thos showed me how intense the workout is.

The HIIT cardio parts were so tough for me! My lungs were BURNING! The kickboxing and punching killed my upper body! I'm jello all over :) This is an awesome total body workout that goes quick! I felt so happy when the cooldown started!

I've completed all of the ones you guys have (and as much as I enjoy them every time I do them) I would like a new one... If its not too much to ask for, please.

so i've been doing hiit three times a week and bodyweight cardio low- medium impact + strength training twice a week for about 9 weeks and my waist went from a 30 to a 26 lmao man i screamed when i measured it the last time i was that size i was 13 lol i'm 19 btw
I am so rubbish at burpees, although I'm not sure the lack of space and the friction of my carpet helps :P It's by far the dropping down and kicking my legs back that I find the hardest. I'll persevere with it. :)
I've definitely done this workout before (I remember Daniel getting hooks and uppercuts mixed up :'P) but I must've repressed it because of how intense it is. Happy #FB30 reintroduced me to it!
