Jan Hips i was doing their 10 minute quick sweat cardio workout with their 10 minute abs workout and then some sets of dumbell work on my own. but the intensity wasnt actually very high it just got me panting and i broke a sweat then followed it with strength training so try doing that a bit. and i mean weight loss all really depends on your current weight and fitness level really. and dont forget some moderate consistent regular work is always better than super extreme sporadic and inconsistent effort. and good luck!

Well, I weighed 185 a little over 6 months ago, and now I weigh 125 (which for my height is considered healthy). Seriously, these guys are awesome, and congrats yourself!
+Tashfeen Zaman The key is consistency and a strong will. I paired these hiit cardio videos with a 4-5 mile recovery run the day after. I did this 5-6 days a week and I lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks. Just keep going even when you feel like quitting, eat clean wholesome foods and the weight will fall off. Good luck!
I have to admit- I tried one of your kickboxing workouts a while ago and HATED it. I felt like a floppy mess, just got really frustrated, and swore that style wasn't for me. One of your 5 day challenges had a day with kickboxing, and I gritted my teeth through it, but then found by the end that it wasn't so bad. As long as I kept moving, did my best and didn't get too hung up on doing it 'perfectly', it was kind of enjoyable. So I tried this one today, a little anxious that I might hate it again, but I am pleased to report that I loved it! The moves aren't too complicated and you get your sweat on FAST. Ok, Kelli and Daniel, you've converted me to kinda liking kickboxing. I don't know about your other kickboxing workouts, but I do know this one belongs in my faves and I WILL be back to it with some regularity. Great workout in minimal time, even for those of us who are a bit skeptical about the kickboxing bit.
I love these kickboxing ones.They are fun and they make me respect boxers and martial artists more for all the training they do. Man those pivoting squats are always hellish for me. Almost 4 years on my weight loss journey, I've tried a lot of exercises from many people in utube. First met kelly doing abs workout last 4 years ago. And today i have to admit that your exercise are the best. Easy to lose weight. And its work for me really really really good. For those who want to lose weight..try any exercise from kelly and fitness blender. I always does a short one but believe me..its still burning! Tq kelly and fitness blender. ❤ Malaysia.

Nothing in this world can compare to the feeling you feel doing this/when you complete it. I have been really unmotivated/lazy lately, eating crap food day in day out which made me stop exercising properly for about 1.5 months. This is my second day back and i feel great! Those who have lost motivation just kick yourself in the ass and throw yourself right in it, once it's done, its done. Then the next day you will feel so motivated to do more!
This is the best workout I have ever done! Challenging but VERY doable. I worked up a proper sweat and was able to do everything but I definitely feel it afterward!

wow, this felt almost easy when I did it yesterday (I even did another workout with it) but today my arms are completely dead! I do long arm workouts with weights and never have I felt like this...I love it and I'll definitely be doing more kickboxing routines in the future

Actually, you can't target where you loose weight unfortunately. But if you keep eating clean, and burning a lot of calories, it will go away :). I think the best thing to burn a lot of calories is to do strength training and cardio training! Strength training will help you build muscles (which automatically makes you burn more calories, even when you're not working out) and cardio helps you build an endurance, and is the best way to sweat and burn calories! :) Hope this helped you :)

I have been working out to fitnessblender's workout for about a month and have been doing great but 2 days ago i couldn't perform very well so i decided to go slow, used a longer period of time and manage to still get a good workout in. Today, I just felt exhausted in a warm-up and a few mins in, i couldn't handle it and my breathing rate suddenly increased by a lot and i started feeling dizzy. Any idea whats going on ? and what should i do?

I did this and then tank top arms rnd 2, twice through. The weights I used, particularly in the 2nd round, were laughable compared to my usual, but I used what I needed and didn't let my ego get in the way. Now my shoulders are DEAD, just goners. It's fabulous!

I over did it on the kicking and hooks my stomach hurts but it was fun while I was doing it thank you just started a week ago I feel better

Amazing workout. Paired up with a upper body strength this becomes a burnout....
I did this and then tank top arms rnd 2, twice through. The weights I used, particularly in the 2nd round, were laughable compared to my usual, but I used what I needed and didn't let my ego get in the way. Now my shoulders are DEAD, just goners. It's fabulous!

Bananas are a great pre workout snack! And it's best to stretch right after a workout, once you catch your breath.
