This is ridiculously good. Have always thought the reversible motor drive for 3D indoor planes was going to play a major part in advancing drone flights someday. You have brought it to life for the first time.
Talk about instant recognition with this project. I would love to try building it myself! Looking forward to it! I do hope you can make all build and STL files available!

Absolutely remarkable vehicle. Am I correct in imagining that it would be possible to have it continually point a camera more or less at a fixed point while maneuvering in arbitrary (and different) directions? Could make for some very interesting cinematic possibilities.
If that was possible, you could point the camera straight down and hover there, something that normal fpv drones are incapable of doing, but you could still retain the precision of fpv drones
Hi there. This is really incredible, I am trying to get this working on the most recent version of ardupilot and RF but can not get the Omnicopter in the air. Other vehicles work, and I have the scripts running. Am I missing something?
It is remarkable work, and fantastic coding, so what purpose is it going to be used for?
