Dear Sir, you have pulled the sword from the stone! With that you have been born a legend! We are honored by your genius!
Outstanding!
Modest as well, top-notch stuff.
May I inquire what's the end goal for this project? Keep in mind that there are quite a few FPV'ers that not exactly pleased with how this "project" was implemented. Hoping that you have an explanation thats better than what passed as a Q&A on Bardwell's channel.
Ok. So, did you pay the man..?
That is insane. You better get your prize money!
He released the code publicly. Unsure about the prize now. I am unsure if he was even allowed or legal for him to do that. This is because the original idea came from the Lynchpin Project. Which in a way is unfair to the project. This could get messy fast. That said, the brilliance of the result cannot be overstated.
@@aviontics why does your avatar look like the lynchpin thing?
@@rmhfpv9225 Now that you mentioned it, had that for years from a concept we had.
@@aviontics exactly. The lynchpin idea is nothing new nor unique. They have no patent because they have no product. Just as you had the idea years ago, so did others.
@@rmhfpv9225 Unsure about that because my concept was not anything like the Lynchpin with 6 motors. Mine was 3 motors and was never meant to fly like the Lynchpin. By your standard, anyone can claim anything. It is clear that without the Lynchpin project, with its specification and requirements, this video would not exist, hence why I said, it's unfair that the code was shared publicly before consulting the Lynchpin project. Let's be fair here.
One fine Sunday morning, Terrence Howard took a shower and stood there thinking about this shape and how it can thrust in any direction and hold itself steady until the water ran cold. He also thought about the shape a little bit more than that. But he was RIGHT [about the flight capability]. This is glorious. Now 4 cameras with a video mixer tied to head-tracked goggles!
5 year from now, you be walking down the street in your vintage HALO t-shirt when this little blue glowing hoverbot comes up and says "I am 343 Guilty Spark, the monitor of Installation 01."
The flying capabilities look exactly as I imagined when I first heard about the Lynchpin. I just did not think that anybody would succed in implementing it this perfectly in that short amount of time. Congratulations. It still is kind of useless but it's a work of art.
Nice man! I can always appreciate a person who considers a wild idea instead of shunning it, tries to make it happen, and in your case, succeeds. Inspiring!
Totally agree with you 😃
Outstanding, still buzzing from our chat last night, thanks so much for taking the time to talk to some old duffers. You have enabled a new way to fly.
Bravo. Terry's gonna love this.
I reeeally love this.
It looks like you just turned of gravity.
You're one smart dude for figuring that out. Mad props to you
I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE
@@aTuWitty 😀
Brilliant. Quite mind blowing to see, something so real moving in a way so unreal. Very similar to a robotic arm. This is a significant evolution!
Next level thumbs up to you my friend 😲👍
Looks like a alien spaceship/UFO the way it moves 😆 so sick.
This is fantastic. I think it might rotate smoother with variable pitch props - So that the deadband is reduced when changing thrust direction.
The fact that it looks/feels unnatural proves that we have become too comfortable within the imagined limits. Thanks for blowing our minds with some artwork.
(Also, shout out to the foundational work of the Ardupilot development community as a whole -- open source evolution is the best hope for leveling us out of this state)
My guy it's a drone.
I believe this design with 12 motors will be the future of more than just FPV.
I didn’t care for how the presentation was provided but the concept is genius for sure. Terrance’s ultimate goal is in the correct place for sure.
I had a strong feeling arducopter would be at the forefront of making this project come to life. Super stoked to see this, great work dude!
this is sooo cool, you are doing great innovation here, Congrats and thank you
I am just in awe, this is so cool! Bravo for making this thing fly! I knew I couldn't do it but I knew there had to be someone out there intelligent enough to pull it off. Seriously, congratulations!!!
Looks so cool in the air! Congrats
The most brilliant yet. You deserve 50K bro. Absolutely mind bending to fly los . Bravo!!
It's impressively stable. Very nice work.
NO... THANK YOU!! I cant even begin to describe watching that fly does to me.. HOLY SH*T! totally amazing.. my hats off to you sir, you have broken the third wall... I hope everyone else appreciates your hard work, effort, and fortitude in not only taking on this challenge.. but giving us another step of progression of flight!!!
NOTHING I have ever seen has been able to fly in that manner...and i bet Las Vegas wont give u odds that your phone wont be exploding with calls from every high end technical company ist trying to get u to work for them...
GOOD ON YOU! congrats! I hope you negotiate a GOOD contract soon!!!
Congratulations, outstanding achievement sir!! 👏👏
My mind is blown....well done my friend! ......just wow!
Wow, that like next level stuff ! Looks futuristic ! Thinking about it a while, it makes me think of the Tardis the way it moves !
Dude you are a mad man I can't believe you pulled it off so quickly and so close to the original plan
Wow. Amazing tech skills, dude. Very well done.
DOPE -- you did it! Looks INCREDIBLE!
Wow, that's amazing looking at the moves...
Thanks all! Yes I will put a camera on it and get some better footage. Although I'm afraid my piloting skills are not the best. Delighted to have been invited to talk about this on Drone & Sundry! ruclips.net/video/p9DwwBEiXvM/видео.html
people that build rocket to the moon doesn't fly em
Is it able to use in acro (like the one in Betaflight) to control it acrobatic?
night flight would be good ... with LEDS
So cool! Love how it sounds as well.
The potential for for an aircraft like this is staggering, seriously good work!
You said potential as if these don't exist already lol. We saw them, they just didn't look possible before.
Crazy looking and very cool. Well done.
Looks like something out of Close Encounters of the Third Kind :-)
Absolutely knocked it out of the park! Early days Elon Musk vibes here
That’s awesome 😎 very interested in seeing more 👍🏽

Hats off to you!!!! You did what people said was impossible! Hope the money comes your way!
Wow, looks awesome while flying!
Wow, so cool! Fantastic work
Amazing, this is a great technological development!
Yup, you did it. Looks freaking badass as well 👌
*The US Navy wants to know your location.*
someone: invents something US military: Is for me?
fantastic work!
Amazing work, great job.
Holy shit, good job man. Get your prize money dude.
Awesome! The world is watching
VERY interesting, congratulations...!!!!
This is incredibly impressive... I can definitely see the usecases of this drone in commercial applications where they just want the drone to lock in perfectly, e.g. those firework replacement drones.
This made me consider what's now possible with a hard mounted camera. You could look in any direction while moving in an entirely different direction. Camera direction is now dynamic. I'm curious, could this negate the need for a gimbal in the future?
This is awesome congratulations
wow man that is crazy! well done
It has a very stable hover, very ufo looking indeed. Kudos!
awesome work bro...really amazing..
your voice is so good too. :)
Now they will say you have to write the code to make them connect together too...awesome!
Dude. That’s amazing !
No words.... Awesome 🤐😱😱😱😱
Wow. Not much more to say! Congrats and subscribed!
Wow insane! Very cool well done
Man the way it flys is amazing, its almost a bit scary looking while rolling. It definitely needs ALOT OF LEDS ADDED!!!
Stunning - expect to see a branded Chinese copy claiming originality within the next 3 days...
well done mate i didnt think anyone would do it i hope you get a ton of credit for this ,prepare for quite a few new subs aswell haha
Yeeeha you did it! Great Job and i hope you gonna win the prize money
I Appreciate the hard work!
Awesome! Very well done!! 👏
This is insane, congratulations friend, you are the smartest man in the community, I really love to fly this thing, I need one in my life right now, take my money and send me one to Mexico 😍😍 🎉🎊🎉🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏👏👏🙌🏼
Brilliant work!
Awesome work, dude!
Duuuude! Great work, oh my! Restecpa!
Can you imagine that flying at night or over a crowded area rotating then stopping suddenly then shooting up!! This would make the most epic UFO viral video lmao!!
omg, this is the future !!
Blown my mind sir 🤯💥👊🏽
Can’t wait to see fpv footage from it.
Work of Art ! that prize money is yours !!
Очень круто! Желаю успехов в развитии.

Excellent work brother. You are the one ☝️this better have the H7 chip onboard.
Man it flies well!
yeeeeeew!!! surveilance companies will love you now lol
LOVE IT! However not happy you beat me to it...my design is a cube though
A standard transmitter has 4 control inputs. We use them as 3 rotation (pitch, roll, yaw) and 1 translation (throttle - Z). What if you used sticks that also rotated? You could then have all 6 degrees of freedom from the two sticks. There are some very old helicopter transmitters that were similar to this, except they had one stick. Pitch and roll were on the stick as usual, rotation of the stick caused yaw rotation of the heli, and then throttle was a slider on the back of the transmitter. If you take two of those sticks, you'd have all 6 degrees of freedom. Although my guess is learning to fly it would be rather interesting. New style of 3D acrobatics maybe! :-)
There are a few transmitters about that have twist sticks and even buttons on top of the sticks.
Awesome!!!
That's awesome, I want one
Nice job man! I tried to tell people all it would take was someone who knew... glad you proved me right! lol. Since the contest is over you should just sell it to Terrance for 30k😅
I don't care what anyone says, that is funny as hell!
+1👍 Congratulations!!! 💪
Cyber Dynamics Systems Corporation™ phase-two has begun
That looks alien! Now make a TicTac UFO shell and lets have some fun with it!
New class arrived. Protoss probe is here.
