I've not done a good job of explain what my goal with this project is. I'm building a tool that will allow you to place forge objects outside of forge. Either with a program or manually in blender. The kb/m support for halo infinite forge is really bad right now and im going to try and make it better by making a 3rd party "forge editor". This tool doesn't enable the use of custom objects only the ability to place existing in game objects. tldr I'm "forging" outside of the game with code, speeding up repetitive tasks
@@josephcasper8803 Its not that blender is more advanced exactly. Its more that the tools for placing objects in blender (or any other 3d modeling software) is better than forge and its more about making maps faster not better. In my other video where i created a grid of 500 cubes perfectly spaced apart. You can absolutely do that in forge without any fancy tools. but it would take forever. But yea you what you said is right

could you technicaly use another 3rd party software to make pixle art in blender than convert that pixel art into forge thus ez mode for creating stuff
For the moment I'm using blender to quickly create the track and then just placing cubes along that line. In this example way to many. I would love to make a standalone app for this but there is still a lot of work to get done before that can be started.

So...
Basically put objects on blinder
And use those objects to make better maps since blinder is advance ?

i wish i could create a full custom object in blender and import it into forge i made the suggestion on twitter to the devs hopefully they consider
That's modding at that point lol
@@TheVentrexian not if its by design
This is blowing my mind bro fuck
I don't know what's going on but cool

Is this going to be a separate program To import the mesh or can this be done drag and drop style
