Great content as always Coach Zahabi. Quick question though, is there a reason why you would or wouldn't go for the "thigh pry" hand placement in between the legs versus a "doorstop" hand placement in front of their hip closest to you? I use the doorstop placement often and it works but I have never tried or heard of the thigh pry, I'm just curious.

    • @CoachZahabi

Both are good depending on the situation and they can often lead to various chokes. 🙂
