Coach! Orlando Sanchez would have ripped your elbow off with that lazy underhook?! Ask Sean Strickland. Please show a vid of how to defend that move Orlando did to Sean (or how to avoid it). Thanks! Much support from the Philippines! Oss!
In my utmost humble opinion. “ Nothing more rewarding than getting ones thesis validated by those who exceeds oneself in excellence” An honor to be able to observe and learn from such an peer as yourself Mr Zahabi. Sincere regards. Fellow martial artist. Tom Framnes. Norway.
Just realised this is a new video. Have been watching a lot of these over the last couple of days. So great that you are back giving us this valuable content for free! Cheers
Gotta try the lat trap, i always isolate the arm they us to remove the leg instead. Keep the narrated rolls coming, definetely the best way to learn for experienced people imo.
Love the narrated roll and the demonstration of the lat trap coach! In my gym we were shown it by the Raspberry Ape Daniel Strauss at a seminar (referring to it as the howdie 👋) and I have used it in my game ever since. الله يبارك لك
Coach, these are your best videos by far. I learn the most from watching these in particular. Can you please share more of these narration videos on a regular basis. If you could do them for striking and grappling that would be awesome 🙏
Love that lat trap. I’ve been using it a lot within these last few months and like to pair it with the far side chair sit to rear naked choke. They go hand and hand if they’re up on their side making back exposure.
That lat trap is the sneakiest and such an effective move I used it in training yesterday after watching this and was able to pull it off in every roll! Thank you coach Zahabi!!! 😂 👊🏾
Coach I think soon inshallah with some of this content and the odd talk about Philosophy i think your channel will grow very large i can sense it. Wish you the best keep giving us this kind of content and Philosophy. Jazakallah
That spiral strategy on top-side looks pretty nasty! I definitely need to work on keeping top position, most times I'm too happy to play guard I think.. Love the narrated rolls, they remind me of another channel, Jedi Does Jiujitsu, who also does something similar!
Hey coach, thank you so much for these. Just started grappling again & you and the Silver Fox are my inspiration. I love what you said at the end about people's bjj working in many context. Questions: would your instructional be useful/ helpful for a white belt? If so, do you have any targeted at my level, which do you recommend? Or should I develop a bit more skill first then purchase? Fellow youtubers: any suggestions? Thank you.
Really missed these. These are your best and most useful content. Amas not so much. Break downs of fights are pretty lacking as well. Slack and heavy hands are better.
I've got my own way of setting up a "lat trap" by moving their triceps with my hamstring. Works great when you loose their arm in s mount and they try to bridge you off or they try to pull deep halfguard. Your set up should work well with my game but I can't figure out any attacks from there apart from darce you showed in the video. Have you got anything else you like to use from there covered in your instructional?

I tried it once against a purple belt, works like magic.
Love that Lat Trap!
They’re gonna call me the Lat Trap Monster after watching this. This is money.
I swore he was saying latch wrap. Lat trap makes a lot more sense...
It's giving me claustrophobia. That's my least favorite position 😩

Lat trap is a beautiful thing. Step over setup is equally beautiful.
Love the narrated roll and the demonstration of the lat trap coach! In my gym we were shown it by the Raspberry Ape Daniel Strauss at a seminar (referring to it as the howdie 👋) and I have used it in my game ever since. الله يبارك لك

In my gym, the lower belts struggles a lot defending the lat trap and that's against me as a fresh white belt... thanks to the advanced Basic Vol.8.
Fantastic stuff!

Good to see you rolling again! Hope this means you recovered from your vaccine shot. I was worried for you a bit there.
Really missed these. These are your best and most useful content. Amas not so much. Break downs of fights are pretty lacking as well. Slack and heavy hands are better.

You know this move is going in my Arsenal and I have long arms and legs 😎
Not sure if it's just me but I'm only getting audio out the left ear coach.
Love the video, but the volume was a bit low while watching on my phone.
Feels like my right ear is blocked watching this 😂😂
Can anyone explain what spiral pressure is? How is different to regular top pressure?
Sir, turn the audio several magnitudes higher unless it is intended to be very quiet.
We want a rolling session between you and GSP
Tristar gym one day Incha Allah 🤲💪

This is like when you are sick and only one nostril is blocked and one is clear, but now it’s with my ears.
Who downvoted this? It was the dude who got put in crucifix, right?
