- No, no... not literally.
Tom and Ob confront the fact that the cellar is filling up (with interesting stuff) quite fast, and resort to quickly opening boxes and emptying glasses as a coping strategy.
Guest starring surveillance footage!

BOILERPLA... ER, GENERAL INFO:
Tom, Deb, and Ob would like to thank everyone who have been kind enough to send in gifts. Seriously, you guys are just the best.
I'd like to thank each and every one of you who take the time to watch DtC, and am very grateful to everyone who takes even more time out of their day to comment. In a perfect world Tom or Ob would be able to engage with everyone in the comment section, but alas the world is far from perfect. Tom doesn't know how (and refuses to learn) and Ob is something of a Luddite.
FAQ & A:
Q: I have a burning question about something in the video! What should I do?!
A: An email sent directly to Tom is the best way to get your question answered, because while he most definitely reads each and every one of your comments, he hasn't quite gotten the hang of replying to them in the comment section, and is not likely to in the foreseeable future. Or ever. Seriously, he still calls RUclips "the U-TOOBZ".
Tom's personal email is: herrwittmann@gmail.com
You can also call him if you prefer (856-866-8733) between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, EST. This may be slightly more difficult because he's forever running around away from his desk, but it's worth a shot.
Q: I have a amusing anecdote, scathing criticism, or heartfelt compliment that I deeply need to express and I require / demand / long for a personalized response! What should I do?!
A: See "A" above.
Again, Tom's email is: herrwittmann@gmail.com

OMG, that security camera footage of the Pepsi incident is priceless! 🤣
The baret is a panzer baret, it's actually very valuable and they are hard to get your hands on.
On the WWII German Panzer beret. The German Panzer beret has a rubber helmet inside, designed to protect the head while inside the tank. The beret was only used at the beginning of WWII because the tanker's radio headsets would fall off when being used with this headgear. As the war went on tankers preferred the garrison type hat that worked better with headsets. By the time the U.S. soldiers were in combat the beret was no longer in use, making this a very rare item. On exhibit at The Gettysburg Museum of History is an example brought home be a U.S. soldier as a war trophy.
I still want to see someone do a Down the Cellar parody
😂😂😂😂
I LOVE the DTC videos.
The shattered German helmet. Some soldiers may have only had it as a "target", (checked their own weapon's aim, etc.) The damage that appears to be ex grenade shrapnel, does not have to be that at all. A bullet from an ex rifle can do similar damage. Thanks ! For all the wonderful videos and all the knowledge You, Sir, share with us viewers !!! I wish you all the best!
The SS Belt is a Tony Oliver made in the UK... 😮
Nope ,oliver never rzm marked his buckles..I have a vid posted about his buckle
@historicmilitaria1944 If I never had a Tony Oliver with RZM on it I mite believe you , however I have one case closed good bye
Yep that was a Tony Oliver....well known reproduction
Thank God for the security camera lol that was funny. Sorry Tom.
I love that you go on for much longer than you anticipated! I could watch your vids for hours and hours great video, watched until the end and was sad that it was ending, awesome pieces that kept coming out! That glass dagger was amazing! Thank you so much for sharing this with us! Please don't ever stop making these absolutely love em!!
Never mess with the Bob Burns Cutter! 😀
You're questioning that beat up helmet and never read the tag hanging off of it. (?)
Great with that Pepsi bottle. I'm dying here! 😂😂😂
Once again incredible stuff shown in the cellar below👍🏻
Great as always !
(and always thank you for your help ⚔)
Never underestimate a fresh Bob Burns cutter on a Pepsi bottle!
The surveillance camera footage was a pleasant surprise. I just hope no historical artifacts were injured in the making of this film.
The "beret" was worn as a cover over the crash helmets used by the early panzer crews. Whether it is original is for others to judge.
The glimpse of the stamp on the miniature indicates Henckels (twin logo).
wow, great daggers one right after the other. great show. thank you for sharing. ss dagger steals the show, but all are nice
The security camera caught it 😂
The black and white video with the old music have me rollin on the floor 😂😂😂😂😂see you guys in 2 weeks
Great video gentlemen !! Please keep up the good work !!

Greatings from Finland. Dennis
This strange HJ buckle is made for when you put your tight shoes....shoes.... !
The helmet is most likely a Hungarian WWII, M35-38 Fire Brigade Helmet that was German manufactured. It’s missing it’s crest but if you look inside the helmet it should have the size, city it was made and some other markings.
❤❤❤❤😊nice Weekend Gruß Felix From Düsseldorf Germany
😂😂😂the old exploding Pepsis bottle. Mr Wittman I’m sending the lynch mob around, you put a SA dagger in the scabbard backyards😳cheers gents🥃
Great show as usual.👍👍
May I recommend using the cap next time you open a bottle 😉
Just one word: hilarious😂
The Wittmann strikes again, and digs into the past, after getting himself in trouble with a bottle of soda that is, fun video. It might be a plan to tell viewers the results of your searches as stuff needs to be identified, as the buckle or the fireman's hat, be great to let us know ! Wishing you a great week-end and hopefully a new video soon !!
Another great video, Love security camera footage, lol......
The “sword bag” is the same thing gun collectors use for rifles and pistols. The fur inside kinda sheds here and there, but it’s okay.
very similar to the Bundeswehr M35 Style Fireman's Helmet from Hessen Antique
Great video Sir! incredible stuff.
Greetings. I have a Japanese bayonet from WW2. Ive looked up the type. And from the markings. I determined that it was made before 1939 Ariska type bayonet. I have the sheif for it. It seems to be in good condition. Some patina. Blade still has some protective grease on it. With a unsharpened blade. I want to sell it. What should I ask for it? I have photos
$500-$600
Thank you
Morning Mr Whitman and Arb. It's 7.22am on Saturday 2nd September. Just been alerted that your latest video, number 90 is ready for viewing. I've not laughed so much at this time of the day since my holidays in Greece 8 yrs ago. Brilliant that you captured the exploding pop bottle. It really did shock Mr Whitman and it's so funny to see it. Never realised that you were down in the cellar( under the house) the space is massive, but full up with all the bits n bobs for your great buiseness. Anyway another great video. Much respect from England. Phil Colley.
you was in creta bro or ?
@@aposapes yes I was in Crete
i say it random @@phil-em-in
@@aposapes, me and my partner and 2 boys were going to Greece twice a year from 2011 until 2021. My youngest son Mason was only 6 weeks old on his 1st holiday in 2014. Not been since she cheated on me. But hoping to take my youngest next year when he will be 10. It's my favourite place and I'd love to live in Crete for the rest of my days.
Early HJ buckle? Waiting for advanced collectors comments. 😊
The Heer M40 helmet has a good decal.
Ah morning coffee with the guys nothing better 👍🏻☕️👍🏻☕️
3:30 laughing ❤ and my favorite PEPSI
Baron of solingen, after the war ended up obtaining lots of machinery from the other factories including masses of parts ... they continued to make what you could say are original items after the war ended ( mintys/ they really don't get any better because they were never used ) because of what they were doing there contract was cancelled making knifes for the german military post war ...
My guess the bucket is a post ww2 belt buclel modification maybe I'm wrong unusual.
Nice video! That ss scabbard wow!
Four drink minimum at Toms 😅
Have the SS belt buckle checked out. Most of the V chest eagles are fakes.
The "Knife" belt buckle is one of a series of fakes that came out in the 1970s.
god bless u Mr Wittmann
The fire helmet looks like a m35 hungarian helmet. Any markings in the neck part?
still waitin to be adopted
oh , the securiy camra caught the incident . tis , like the kennedy assination mr. Z. film , we can see a potential conspercicy .........a carconated explosive , awaiting toms incision of need . lol ...great video , and love the variety of things people send you . carry on my friend .....and be carefull with that cutter ...."you could put someones eye out ....." jim

Anybody want a Himmler signed paper with Pepsi stains all over it?? It is period correct Pepsi….
Смотрю все обзоры с удовольствием
Don't ever title a video like this again you bastard! My heart skipped a beat! Your cellar being flooded and damaging all those treasures is to the collecting community what the Louvre catching on fire would be to the art world.
