  • In response to the many inquiries we've received since the lads left for the show:
No, we aren't out of business. No, Tom is not dead.... but he's dying for a drink! And to open boxes for your amusement, of course!
If you have a question, comment, complaint, or criticism, or would like to share (or sell) your collection, please feel free to write Tom at:
    herrwittmann@gmail.com
An email is the best way to get your question answered, because while Tom most definitely reads your comments he hasn't quite gotten the hang of replying to them in the comment section.

I still think there is some intrinsic value to the fake daggers. One can use it as a learning piece, like what to look for in the fakes. Also for a cheap display piece. Many people can't afford the real thing.

Excellent show Tom ... please STOP worrying about how long these videos are ... I am sure that like me most viewers want them to go on for hours.
One thing I will suggest if I may be so bold is 'Get a better camera' ... one with instant 'in focus' ... your camera must be at least 25 years old and its obvious your business is doing well enough to buy a new one ... BTW its tax deductible ya !!
Really really enjoyed this unboxing (except for the dam phone ringing), such a great blend of items this time and a 'fake' we all learned from.
GOD bless you and yours Tom, you are such a great benifit to the collector community.
I myself collect Luger's but I am sure I will be contacting you soon to find my 1st dagger ... OOPS - I meant knife, forgive me lol.

Well since you commented on the correct pronunciation of "Wehrmacht," here is one of my own pet peeves: how all too often people think "Wehrmacht" means "Army." It does not. The German Army was the "Heer." "Wehrmacht" translates more to something like "Armed Forces."
