    Hello friends welcome to my RUclips channel which is @KangraCookings today I am going to share a traditional Himachali Dham recipe which is chane ka khatta this dham recipe is very famous dish of himachali dham kangri dham or any dham of Himachal Pradesh
    the dish is tangy and sweet in taste and make a good combination with rice chane ka khatta is very different and unique dish as it is sweet sour and also tangy in taste so it is quite unique recipe chane ka khatta is the most favourite dish of himachali people in dham after madra recipe of himachali dham

    Ingredients:
    black chana - 1 cup
    amchoor powder - 2 tbsp
    mustard oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
    jeera - 1 teaspoon
    dhaniya - 1 teaspoon
    turmeric - 1 teaspoon
    salt - 2 to 3 tbsp
    cloves - 4
    big cardamom - 1
    green cardamom - 2
    star anise - half
    nutmeg - pinch of or very small piece
    black pepper - 5 to 6
    dry red chili - 2
    walnut - 1
    besan (gram flour)- 2 tbsp
    kasoori Methi - 2 tbsp
    mint powder - 1 tbsp
    fennel seeds - 1teaspoon
