Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Bay leave -1
Black cardamom -1
Salt -1/2 tbsp
Water - 4 cups
For Curry:
Green cardamom - 4
Mace - 1
Bay leave -1
Black pepper - 12
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1.5 tbsp
Green chilli - 4
Onion -1 cup
Tomato paste -1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
Coriander powder -1 tbsp
Cumin powder -1.5 tbsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -1/4 cup
For Tadka:
Ghee -2 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 2 to 3
