Most cars with electronic doors, by law, must have a manual release lever for such cases. I asked the guy but he didn't know! And it was locked and no one was getting inside! But I'll bet it is there...
The caps were so when you use the 'Mars launcher' IE the rear loader...you'll look cool all up in the air like your pulling a air wheely. I'll bet a couple grand the car doesn't look right otherwise. Some big azz rims... not made for aerodynamic although it had lines and low profile in the front...I think it still requires a spoiler.
I'm not sure 'horrible' is the word. 'Unique',, 'original" , looks 'Delorean' like. I didn't think horrible. I drive Engine based HP cars...like my C7 stingray. But I was intrigued. It's definitely a 1 of a kind though!

It can be unique but still look horrible. And it is in this case. My daughter draws cars like this ;)
