@@LoneStarMini .....Eddie Money looks like you..... ( I'm not actually sure what Eddie Money looks like ......but John Lennon had a chauffeur driven Mini )
Removing....... I'm still "moving" Mini parts. About one or two more loads to go and the whole Mini collection will have been moved....All late 60's rust. tHanks for the tip and video
@@LoneStarMini They have spent many years in a family basement. A couple years back I knew that a time would come when I would need to move them to storage. They are heavy. Up stairs...down stairs...down the driveway heavy. So two years ago I began. I had to sort and organize before moving anything. Over this past winter I was down to the last few loads....the stuff that was scattered or one of a kind. Then life took over....and the need to move things was upon us....only us is me. Meanwhile for three or more years I was looking for pallet racking. I got the first few sections about two years ago and then I could not find 12' beams. A year and a half ago I found three....and then months later the 4th. I built the pallet racking in storage and soon I had a place for the Mini parts. I then started a built a small loft and most of the parts are on the rack except all the engine blocks and heads and a few other heavy things. The parts are safe now and more organized than they have been. Now...If I only had a shell that was worth assembling. It is 200 miles between where the parts were and where the new home is.
Great info! easiest way i've seen it done for sure!
