From a retired Toolmaker from down under . If the bearing is of no further use then remove the inner bearing first by any means possible [cut using a die grinder ] This will leave the outer bearing possibly seized in the larger diameter hole. A few heavy welds placed into the inner circle of the outer bearing will cause that bearing to distort / shrink enough for it to easily be removed . I did it on the front wheel bearing of my Suzuki X90 .

@@innovationtime20 Yes thank you I was pleasantly surprised my self to see how easy it was . I learnt from a lot of older German and Russian Toolmakers myself . One thing a remember seeing was a Russian Toolmaker winning a bet by cutting a 1/2 inch W.W. left hand thread using a standard 1/2 R.H. W.W. standard tap. And yes it can be done just try to work it out no tricks just reworking the standard tap . PS. I was one who had to pay for the bet believing it was impossible but it is achievable. Cheers

This man has the best free-hand use of his tools that I have ever seen. Quite remarkable especially getting straight cuts from a handheld disc-cutter that do not need any cleaning up afterwards (without the safety guard I note!).I would have to cut smaller than required but then file it out to the actual size I wanted.
For bearings I use bread - brown or white, doesn't matter. Fill the space in behind the bearing and the hole in the middle til you can't get any more in - full up. Next get a piece of dowel - or a branch from a tree - and make it fit by shaving until it is exactly the size of the hole in the centre of the bearing. A nice tight but sliding fit. To remove the bearing strike the dowel smartly with a mallet, and as if by magic the bearing will rise from the depth of the housing. Sometimes, with an open, unsealed bearing the bread will ooze through from between the balls so you will have to find a way of preventing this from happening. Perhaps jam some pieces of rag in between the balls.

Blind hole bearing puller, complete set $40.
23 hours of labor reverse engineering the tool with an angle grinder, drill press, stick welder, and scrap metal. Capturing and editing the entire process into a video to prove to the world that you don’t need to spend $40 on a tool when you can build it yourself for 20-30 times the cost of buying it.
    PRICELESS !

Even better: $3.00 for a loaf of white bread and $15 for a cheap seal driver kit from HF. Pound pieces of white bread into the bearing hole with the appropriate seal driver. The bread will "Jack" the bearing out...

Another way to remove a bearing like this one (how it is done in the workshop) is to fill up the void behind the bearing with grease and then take a shaft (or any cylindrical piece of metal kicking about....) that with very little clearance slides through the inner bearing race..... hit it with a hammer and the bearing pops out!!..... you won’t believe it till you tried..

I fill the whole with grease. I have different sizes of shanks I match to the bearing center whole.
I place it over the whole and hit it hard with a hammer the bearing pops out..
It's hydraulic impact that forces the bearing out..
    DRC ;) work's Everytime......

    Lot of work for that.
Best blind hole bearing removal technique : get a deep well socket that closely fits the ID of bearing.
Fill blind hole bearing cavity with grease.
Fill close fit deep well socket with grease.
    Insert socket extension into socket.
Place grease filled socket and extension into bearing ID.
    Strike sharply with hammer.
    Done with zero fabrication.

I removed the pilot bearing by packing the cavity full of grease and driving an appropriately sized socket, also packed full of grease, into the bore of the bearing. If you get a pin the same size as the bore you can use hydraulics to eject the bearing. Just fill the bore with oil, then use a club hammer to force the pin into the bore and hydraulic action will force the bush/bearing out. Easy peasy.
