The thumbnail is atrocious. 😂
It sure is.
That and the title make it look like an evil-girl-burns-down-house facebook meme.
I thought that’s what this was going to be about with her as a surprise perpetrator. Wow.
It made me feel so bad
Worse than those explosion effects
Microsoft paint instead of photoshop will do that.
The title made me think they arrested an 8 year old girl for arson lmao
Well, you're not that smart so none of us are really that surprised.
Me 2
Same
They can
Same fr
I read "8 YEAR OLD IS SUSPECTED ARSONIST IN EXPLOSION"😂🤣😂
Reading is fundamental 😉
Hey , me too
I would have continued to read this until i stumbled upon your comment
on law&order svu
Ditto, had to read twice
Me too
I love how the firefighters say they "found her" and the girl is already strapped to a stretcher and braced, yeah I think you found her like 5 minutes ago.
The acting in this show is so bad
Yeah, they could have said something like "We're bringing her out" or "We're ready to transport her".
Yeah some of the writing is all goofy for "drama" like the father thinking they can find a random freaking arsonist on a whim. Admittedly they have varying reactions for each episode, but those are always a bit hamfisted. "Why don't the police have omnipotent physic vision of the entire city at all times!"
Well, that's what conspiracy theorists think anyways so I guess they're writing it for that crowd?
@@hawaii3231That's not acting, it's writing.
Poor editing on the show's part.
Aw man! When the mom started to cry and tell her daughter they’d go to Ben and Jerry’s and get the ice cream she likes after being pulled from the rubble; My heart shattered and I cried and the fact the girl and I share the same name made me think of my mom.
Its all act... 🥴
Ya she was a good actress made me emotional watching it
This really happened. A lawyer blew up his townhouse so his wife wouldn't get it in the divorce settlement.
How many years did you spend in jail?
@@johnbauby6612 What?!?
Were there any deaths or injuries in the aftermath?
@@MondoBeno people are horrible
Was a doctor & he didn’t want to give his wife the townhouse in 2006 sad you can tell he was narcissists
Give whoever made that thumbnail a raise. Iconic.
There are two things I remember clearly in this episode. The first is when a first-year lawyer makes an appearance in court and is stumbling over her words. The judge gently encourages her and welcome her to the club of litigators. The second thing I remember is Jack starting to tell a war story to Connie and Connie cutting him off saying she did not like war stories. McCoy had a surprised look on his face.
she was not a lawyer she was an intern
Thumbnail be like: “I didn’t blow up the building officer, the doll made me do it!”
Rip little girl.
yeah, I had the same idea and was super excited to see how they made it work story wise XD
That thumbnail makes the explosion look like 1970s cgi
This is legit what I though when I first (and second and third) read it.
Your English teacher be like. "That jackhole doesn't know how to speak or write English". Moron
nah, no rip. Super annoying voice, glad to have her out of the episode first thing.
“Please tell me a rat did that?”
“Only if the little guy had a very sharp steak knife in his claw.”
🤣🤣👍🏻
Pretty sure Micah Bell did it. He's the rat
I like how forensics already knows what cause the explosion despite the building rubble being stacked 10 ft high and the reported problem apparently being in the basement.
Yeah they would've never found that wire of been able to figure out unless they were super lucky.
They have the all powerful psychic vision that the father thinks should have gone to the police. Apparently there wasn’t enough psychic vision to go around. Probably budget issues.
I love how the thumbnail makes it seem like the 8 year old caused the explosion
And using the doll as explosive Demoncrats devil device whatever it called.
Whoever made the thumbnail you deserve a million dollars, happiness and an extreme raise
that and the title are purposely designed to make you think the 8yo is the arsonist, "disaster girl meme" style
agreed
It was kind of a twist this episode that the lady was an experienced electrician but looking at her she seems like she scoffs at a tool box
What episode and season is this from
@@brianbeaver22 season 17, episode 3. It’s on the video details.
SPOILERS:
It was the owner. He set the house to
blow in order to keep his ex-wife from selling the house for money and to frame her for it since she had experience in electrical wiring. The little girl was just collateral damage in an act of pure spite.
yeah I remember
Thank you sir.
Did the little girl die?
Profits over people!
Dumb plot as she'd get the insur $ in real life.
This happened for real.
Not the little girl dying but
in NYC a man destroyed his brownstone so his soon to be ex wife couldn't get it. I don't remember what the man's sentence was though.
The thumbnail is kinda funny because it’s badly photoshopped 😂
It’s like…so bad
🤣😂
The fireball effect was bad too 😂
Look at the "water" effect at 0:41.
I'll tell you one thing, idk if it's just me but the actor p[laying the mother is really convincing, you could see the emotion.
Sad part is most of these are based on real stories.
I had to read the title 5 times 🤣 thought the kid was the one that did it until it happened
LOL yes the doll named Nancy pelosi. LOL 😂😂
Love how the firefighters never pushed mom out of the way and instead helped lift her into the ambulance instead.
They usually don't. Parents of injured children are allowed to go with them in the ambulance to the hospital.
Being a Civil servant myself the resentment towards the public service for "not protecting" is crazy accurate.
Yet people are completely naïve if they think that law enforcement is able to identify every single person who is or could become a criminal.
@@Suisfonia Yeah just wait until they start letting predictive computing handle that.
and mainly true and justified.
ikr, how do you expect them to be there to prevent a gas leak explosion every waking moment in every building, invading everyone's privacy? That's a little much don't you think? They couldn't predict this, all they're doing is determining the cause to give you closure.
@@Suisfonia And then when they do identify a threat and are proactive they're the thought police since no crime had actually been committed, just the planning.
I clicked thinking this was a Chicago PD clip, kept watching, suddenly heard Mrs. Goodwin's voice. Mass confusion.
"We woulda been outta there before you could say Mrs. O'Leary's cow."
I love when people on Law and Order say stuff like that. Literally nobody talks like that in real life. It's great.
I said exactly this just last week
The added context of Mrs. O'Leary's Cow being the cow that supposedly started the Chicago Fire. It makes sense *why* it'd be such a rare phrase.
But I've also heard it before in the Boy Scouts.
I think it makes sense. The reporter blamed mrs o’Leary’s cow for starting the Chicago fire. I’m not even from the US and I know about that fire
@@Nevertoleave Do they ever reference that ON Chicago Fire?
Well that was horrifying.
Not as horrifying as your IQ test results or the dump I took this morning after a spicy Mexican dinner last night
Ohhhhhhhh. I was thinking that the little girl was the one who initiated the blast!
The crazy thing is that this has happened in real life....more than once.
That's not crazy. That's literally nearly every law and order episode you freakin genius.
@@kishascape No...no it's not. I think you need to reevaluate your understanding of the word "literally." *But you are right about one thing,* I'm most certainly a genius compared to you.
That was terrible I feel for the mum
That's not her mom
@@Ronkyort0dox could have been her aunt, babysitter, or parole officer but she sure cares about the kid better than many moms
@@Ronkyort0dox it was her mom, she even said she take her to school everyday and has a lot of security in their house
and a great feel for me. No more annoying voice for the episode.
The flowers mum what happened to the mum 🌼?
I read the title wrong and assumed the teddy bear was this child-arsons detonator 🤣
"we found her!"
she was out on the sidewalk, covered by one layer of rubble, how hard could she have been to find? this is not exactly where's waldo.
Well we all know if you had been there hero you would have moved heaven and sky to get to her and it would have taken seconds. What a shame you weren't there
@@johnbauby6612 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
@@johnbauby6612 Not an argument. Pansy.
Yes LOL totally agree with you 👍
Yeah, like how did the mom not find her??
3:05 Godzilla’s a lizard dude! Not a rat!🤣
Using ‘Master Splinter’ would have been better.
I think he's implying that it would take something as big as Godzilla to bite through that wire not literally Godzilla himself!
@@thenickhelms84 well duh I know that! I’m just saying that since they were talking about rats not to mention the characters do live in nyc in the show…
I don’t know? My thought process gets wired sometimes.😋🤣
WHO ORDERED THE CHILD EXTRA CRISPY????!!!!
I got season 1-20 of law and order in a DVD box set as a gift when I graduated law school...I think I've finally watched enough youtube clips to actually interest me into opening it.
Ohh what a slippery slope you're on...Be resdy to call out all the parts that dont line up with what you know to be accurate...👍🏾
Lawyer? Maybe you can explain why defense attorneys on Law & Order ALWAYS let their clients talk to the cops. In a couple decades of watching that show, I never saw a defense attorney tell their client to STFU.
The earliest seasons are too dated. I can't watch the seasons before van Buren and McCoy. Nope
I love columbo...but those 90s-2000s eps...i can't watch.
You didn't break them open during the lockdown?
Love this show and would appreciate full episodes
You can stream season 10- the current on on peacock streaming app for free
Use pirate websites instead of trash fad "apps" and services. You can stream all seasons and in full HD of practically every show. I been watching a lot of these episodes and criminal intent all day lately as I had major surgery earlier and can't do much.
Yeah sure the police have time to monitor every person in their home in case they blow up their building 😒. The husband needs to get real
Oh yes I remember this it was the houses owner trying to keep his ex from getting the money the way jack sets him up is kind of an awsome scene
No it wasn't awesome.
@@kishascape the way jack and the ex set him up to confess is awesome
Best Ralph wiggum voice “im a click bate! Hehe!”
I thought the eight year old was responsible for the explosion, hence, getting caught in it.
Ok, why does the thumbnail look like a badly photoshopped clickbait. Lmao
I misread the title as "8-Year-Old Suspected in Arson Explosion"
I read the title wrong at first and read "8 year old suspected in arson explosion" and I was wondering how the heck she set a bomb withe her bunny in the first few seconds before I reread the title😅
Alright I'm glad we're all in agreement about how weird and bad the thumbnail is
I read the title as they suspected an 8-year old girl suspected in arson explosion.
The only thing criminal here is the thumbnail 😂
The criminal was house owner who destroyed his hause and for that little girl was killed and he did for profit to spite his wife
Ooohhh "Caught" in the blast, from the thumbnail I thought she was a suspect.
Episodes like this always bum me out
What another crazy episode!
Children and arson don't mix. I'm glad that it wasn't my audience for Andrea's Storytime.
I do appreciate bring episode back.
I misread the title and thought it said 8 year old girl CAUSED explosion. that would be scary...
I think I'm going to go to hell, when the explosions happened I just burst out laughing cuz I wasn't expecting at the first time I saw this episode
5:27 THIS is how you handle a L&O questioning.
la actriz que hace de mamá es una genia, sus gritos transmiten dolor
this thumbnail XD I cant
As a father of an eight year old this makes me angry. Also that female detective was not good
Officer on Scene: ".... no kidding." 💀
Season 17. Episode 3.
On Peacock.
You’re welcome 🎉😂
ngl when I read the title, I had thought the lil girl was gonna be the suspect.
i've just finished binge watching chicago med and i was flabbergasted when I saw goodwin and then truly gobsmacked when I saw lonnie! XD
Good 👍
Best thumbnail EVER
This was in my recommendations 😩😩🤣 I had to read the comments
Im sorry but the thumbnail is hilarious lol
I read it wrong. I thought that girl was the suspect of the explosion. Lol
I thought that too, turns out she was killed by it instead.
So did alot of us
The thumbnail of this reminds me of the meme of the girl smiling in front of a burning house.
That doll in the thumbnail looks like a baby Andy Warhol 😅
it's crazy bc i had a doll named lucy when i was that age
My heart would stop and I would die right then in there if that had been my child
when i read the title i thought it meant the little girl caused the explosion o_o
I don't get why the twist is that the lady knew about electrical work. Poking a hole in a tube and cutting a wire doesn't seem like something you need knowledge to do. Even the argument of knowing what wires to cut, eventually cut enough wires and something will happen.
The owner did for profit but he framed his ex wife he hated her
Nice
The little girl died?, Oh, no.
That thumbnail is hilarious
The thumbnail is just wrong ☠️ 😂
Poor girl
I hate how they clips leave you on cliffhangers.
I rolled my eyes when the Husband started shooting his mouth off about "Aren't you people supposed to protect us?!"
Yeah, pal, they do protect you. They could do a lot more to protect you but then, I'm sure you'd start bitching that "this used to be a free democratic country, now it's looking like WW2 Germany!"
I personally wouldn't mind looking like peacetime Germany under the national socialists. They ran a solid country
I was thinking that too…like ppl are just looking out for arsonist
Its more than likely the grief & anger talking. His daughter was caught in a explosion and died. You can't really blame him for feeling that way
No Dad, you protect yourself. Like a man. Police mop up the debris.
“How dare this man who just lost his daughter in a horrific accident be irrational immediately afterward.”
01:32 - _Now_ she wants to take her to Ben & Jerry's... ☹️
This is so sad
lol wtf is that thumbnail
The thumbnail for this video is fucking amazing.
Ngl I thought the title said the 8 year old was a suspect in it
That thumbnail is hysterical 😂
That blast was very devastating because I remember watching this episode back on RUclips last night when a child dropped her doll by an apartment building and when she picked up this building in back of her blew up burying her and I think killed some people inside also because that seems very devastating.
Do you have CRS?
Repeat that again, what is CRS?
@Annistar 😂😭😂
@@Biscuit1973 You are 100% a bot. Lol.
Yes the little girl has picked up the whole building and crashed it to piece .And blame it on the doll named Chuck Shummer.
cool kids don't look at explosions, they blow things up and then walk away.
Cool kids don't explode homes.
Something like that happened in Baltimore In 2014 at least one child died
You don't need 6 full grown men/firefighters to carry an 8 year old on a stretcher
Oh i remember this episode
I swore I was watching Chicago Med when i started to hear Goodwin's actress talk to the mother.😂
4:25 LMFAO
Should have taken the kid to Ben and Jerry’s first, huh?
The title is wrong: It's called "Home Sweet" S17 E3. Get your act together, guys.
The moment we the 8 year old became Hector
I know I shouldn't be laughing but...🤣😭
i read "8-Year-Old Caught in Suspected Arson Explosion" and didn't realize it was law and order
For a second, i thought some 8 year old in florida was being tried for arson
Interesting seeing Nora Dunn here (fan of hers on SNL).
The thumbnail looks like a meme.
Give me the spoilers, who did it?
It was the butler
The owner
the owner was the one that blew up the house. he did it because he didn't want rosalie (aka his ex-wife) to sell the house for money. later she got framed for the arson.

NO!
Whata lovely thumbnail.
Wait a dang minute, that’s Joe West!
Noticed that too
Thumbnail goes hard
