  • Increase Intelligence, Focus and Brain Power, Intelligence Meditation - Isochronic Tones. This track uses isochronic tones to stimulate your brainwave activity and guide you to a peak mental state associated with increased intelligence and focus.

    How does it work?
    This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with music. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear on top of the music throughout the track. If brainwave entrainment and isochronic tones are new concepts for you, there is some information about that and how it works here: goo.gl/QwLgHs.
    To add further power to the stimulation, amplitude modulation effects have been applied to the music which produces soothing vibrations that are synced with the isochronic tones. More info on how these mind music effects work here: goo.gl/5KS2Ek.
    This isochronic tones session focuses on the different beta wave frequencies which have been associated with increased intelligence: 14Hz, 15.4Hz and 22Hz. You are stimulated with each frequency for 2 minutes before ramping to the next one (which takes a minute). The same cycle is then repeated throughout the 3-hour track.
    Why Isochronic Tones are Superior to Binaural Beats
    When measured on an EEG, binaural beats produce only a very tiny response in the brain and have very little impact on brainwave driving. Isochronic tones produce a much more pronounced and distinct sounding beat, which makes them a more superior and effective tool for brainwave entrainment purposes. This is why I stopped using binaural beats over 10 years ago now and always use isochronic tones instead. You can read more about the comparison here: goo.gl/QwLgHs, which includes audio samples so you can hear the difference for yourself.
    Headphones are NOT required for this video
    How should you listen to this?
    You can listen to this track with your eyes open while studying, reading or doing other activities which require a good level of concentration. You can also use it as a form of intelligence meditation, to help stimulate more brainwave activity that is associated with increased intelligence.
    How loud should the volume be?
    Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

    the music in this one is really enjoyable and stimulating, not like the other ones with canned looping music that takes away from the tones. very very good 10/10

    Thank you. This is lively, pleasant to listen and it seems to wake my brain up in a balanced manner. As for increasing intelligence, I think I have enough, but thank you again.

    This is so pleasing. It feels like having a brain massage. Question? Is it ok to listen to this track along with an alpha wave pure tone track?

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  5 лет назад +1

      If you combine it with other tones that will cause some conflict, as your brain can only entrain to a single frequency at the same time. When you listen to two different tone frequencies your brainwave activity will usually entrain to the strongest stimulus, which will probably be the pure alpha tone as that will be clearer. You can do it to experiment to see how you react to it, but I would expect that combining this with alpha tones would probably diminish the effects of this track.

    Seems like most of these you have posted have a deep pulsing tone that almost seems out of place. Sounds like the washing machine on the spin cycle in the other room. Can you soften that pulse volume and still get the same effect?

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  5 лет назад +1

      The pulsing tone is the key part of the track which influences brainwave activity to produce a brainwave entrainment effect. Without that sound, it's no more effective than normal music. With these types of isochronic tones tracks the music is added to make the tones more pleasant to listen to. Many people including myself, start out thinking the tones are weird and maybe unpleasant to listen to, and the washing machine comparison is a common one. However, believe it or not, you do actually start to get used to the tones and they almost blend into the background over time and no longer feel invasive.

      This reminded me of a "SonicBloom" idea we tried with our garden one year. However, we had a tweeter that was about the same speed or frequency of pulse but a higher tonality. I am more interested in the science of why it works, than of actually listening to it. This also reminds me of the rhythm of a car traveling down the freeway on a long road trips. It puts little children to sleep and/or often times gives the driver thinking time, introspection.

    Would you please, specify which waves frequencies are used in this track? Thank you.

      You can usually find info about what frequencies I've used in the video description area.

    What instrument was used to make this?

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  6 лет назад

      I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that as I didn't compose the music part of the track. I create all the brainwave entrainment sessions and effects and combine them with music that I licence from other composers.

    How do you know it's help Intelligence, Focus and Brain Power?
    And what in the tones makes the difference?

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  6 лет назад +1

      The tones in this track beat at these frequencies: 14Hz, 15.4Hz and 22Hz, which have been linked to increased intelligence. As they are within the beta frequency range this is also widely associated with increased focus and concentration. If you are unfamiliar with how isochronic tones work, I have written an article explaining everything here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/.

      You'd better look at what meditation and sport can do to help you. It doesnt make you smarter but it helps focusing, not letting you being distracted and things like this wich can make you way more productive.
      There is scientific proof that it helps

    Do you have evidence that 15.4hz works for intelligence? If so, could you give it to me? Thanks :}

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  6 лет назад

      I haven't been able to find any specific scientific studies relating to it. I've included it in this isochronic tones session as I've found it referenced on various frequency lists as being associated with intelligence.
