I've just found this and I hope I never get tired of it because it's the best track I've heard. Thank you from all of us who procrastinate chronically, fall asleep as soon as they start studying, and get depressed by even lofi
I have inattentive type 1 ADHD and I can't stand Lo-fi lol. It's recommended all the time, but NO. I also have depression so that may effect it as well.
I'm in medical school preparing for my board exam in a month. I get distracted quite easily and rely on study music to get me through my material. A lot of study music is too calming and puts me to sleep. This is the first video I listened to that actually helps me maintain focus throughout the day. Thank you so much!
@@miggroup5557 it's common for people with ADHD to actually need constant background stimulation to focus on a single task for a long period of time. Think of it like white noise that a lot of people like to fall asleep to. This type of upbeat music is good for people with ADHD because it creates this white noise effect and help then concentrate on a single task for longer periods. Even then it's best for people with ADHD to structure their work in shorter sessions instead of trying to do one thing for 4 hours. You don't want the sessions to be so short that you become inefficient by constantly switching your focus. This can be accomplished by picking 3 main things you want to accomplish throughout the day and working on them "simultaneously". By simultaneous I mean about 30 to 45 minutes at a time then switch to the next thing. I find I switch between them more fluidly, sometimes every 15 minutes or as an idea for one of the tasks pops into my head. If I don't immediately act on it I will either forget it or I will not be able to focus on what I was initially working on as I will have this constant nagging of this other idea and my thought will constantly drift back to that instead of what I am working on.
My go to background noise for studying. No lyrics, cool and down to earth beats, not too repetitive. Along with other things I do for concentration, this is perfect! I don’t have adhd tho. Just a big procrastinator.
After two years, this is still my favorite mix. It got me through the final days of my Bachelor's and now it's getting me through my Master's. Thanks, Jason, for tickling my brain in just the right way for me to focus!

I love this song and it has been my go to for years in my class and during my work time when I really need to focus without interruptions and jarring distractions from my flow. One commercial at the start I can work with but when I am putting forth exceptional effort on a difficult task it can be really derailing to have the commercials. I love this mix the very best with its predictable upbeat rhythm now to high (anxiety inducing or too that it feels dark and low vibe. I actually feel just past 42 min into this track is my favorite. If this particular track could be offered again without commercials or one at 42 minutes in at the start of me getting into my work flow it would be most appreciated. I had to stop using this during my elementary art classes because of the number of commercials in one 40 min work session. T hanks you for creating this music that especially helps neuro-divergent learners and sharing your artistic gift with everyone.

I usually can't stay focused on school related work for too long. I've been dancing in my seat while I work the whole time. lol It's helping me focus but making me want to dance at the same time. I'm just vibing with the music. Other study music videos I've tried have just made me sleepy.

Most “study” music puts me in a depressed mood and I end up procrastinating. This one actually motivates me. I study software development so I feel like I’m in a matrix lol
Before discovering your channel, I started with an F in my writing for lawyers class this semester(writing for me sucks lol), and now after discovering your channel I have an A. I am getting my assignments done with your music. Thank you so much for this you're a hero.

Just here to parrot what's already been said - these are the absolute best tracks for my ADHD brain when trying to get some work done. They're all fantastic, but this one in particular is my favorite. I've tried so many others that bore me to sleep (or are so abstract and uninteresting, my mind still wanders), so these are much appreciated. Thank you, thank you.
i'm in law school and listen exclusively to lofi beats, except when i have to write. when I have to write (which is...a lot) this is my *go-to* playlist. it is magic. thank you for this gift!
I have to write about 30,000 words in the next 3 days in order to meet my deadlines, and OFC ADHD made me push it all until the last possible second again. With this, I can actually calm my brain enough to stay focused, confident and committed to my work. If I actually manage to get through these next couple days and get everything done in time, I'm gonna owe it all to this video.
@@Euphlor i may or may not be doing the same thing now because monthly deadlines and I just don't get along... but I know i can do it with the help of this channel :p right now I'm using the Audio Sugar Rush Trance Mix
I'm really loving this track for coding. It provides a steady beat without (for me) any real feeling of great urgency or need to rush, just an overarching flow to it that helps me stay on task and mentally ordered. Don't know how to describe it really but this has become a go-to background track for any cerebral work.
I've been listening to slow, chill lofi for study for years and recently it been doing the opposite for me. I can hardly do anything when it's playing, I get distracted so easily. I've just discovered this upbeat study music and it's doing wonders. Thank you. Thank you so, so much.
I've just discovered this video and its music really helps me concentrate at work (I have a very mentally-demanding job in which I have to work complex tasks in two foreign languages) whenever I am losing energy, getting sleepy, demotivated, etc - I will definitely come back to it! Thank you so much!
this set actually helps my ol' ADHD head with writing my bachelor thesis right now! I won't lie, it's also the doom of the impending deadline luring in the far too close future, but the continuous, while not too imposing beat drops really fuel my writing speed and motivation! Thank you!
Found myself humming up-tempo beats while studying. Decided to search “upbeat study music” on RUclips. This ain’t quite AS upbeat as what I was humming, however, I have enjoyed it thus far (37min) and begun to fall into the rhythm. This is the first time I have been able to read/focus while listening to music.
this is absolutely insane, I got prescribed Adderall for my ADHD/Bipolar and I could focus but not to the level of degree that putting this on the background does for me. This is a whole different beast, and my future cybersecurity degree thanks you
Just want to give a big thank you. I knocked out a massive 168 page paper under a bad time crunch while listening to this. I feel like all the stress and worry about this paper is gone. Thanks for sharing these tracks!
I've been listening to this everytime I study and as soon as it starts my brain calms tf down & goes, "Oh cool it's time to read and groove!" It keeps me engaged and focused so well. Thank you so much.

This was my main essay writing track for 2yrs. Got my first ever distinction & Deans Award for Outstanding Achievement! 💥💥 Thanks Jason for the tracks!! Massively Helpful!❤🔥
I think I heard a baby's heartbeat on one of the tracks and that got me to thinking how cool it would be to be a music artist and record your own child's heartbeat in your music as a beat..and now I'm distracted again...damn ADHD...back to the music and my work. Great mix!
I have been listening to this almost everyday for 2.5 years. Perfect for work and study. This one I find best for AutoCAD and the Turtle house music, which I recently found, is my favorite for Programming. THIS MUSIC IS AMAZING FOR PRODUCTIVITY AND/OR CONCENTRATION! THANK YOU!
Studying mathematics, Optimization at level 3, Just couldn't do it without this. And totally agree with other commenters, the beat is a good pace, some of the other stuff on here makes you feel tired and drowsy. Exactly opposite from what we want when were studying. Brilliant, cheers m8
This is probably my favourite 'get down to work" music video. The fast beat keeps me awake and energized despite my hours at the computer. THANK YOU!!!
I've been listening to this all day as I crank my work load out. Still am! I was getting stressed by the work I was going to have to do, and I knew I needed a certain kind of beat to power through. I clicked on this video and it was the answer to my call! Thanks for the focus boost!
I love these while I work in a cubicle around many others -they help majorly to keep me focused without distracting me (often with other music, I start to sing along or listen. With this, I just bop my head and soldier on!!!!
My Social Studies teacher played this while we were making study flashcards and I loved the vibe of it. I also thought that this kind of music would've been composed by the video game developer of one of my favorite games.

(wins an achievement award) “ugh em, first i’d like to thank Jason Lewis for the continuous support”
honestly it's true lol
please never delete this! i've been unable to focus for hours so I've put things off, becoming a master procrastinator, but when my anxiety builds up due to deadlines, I discovered this and am actually able to be productive now, thank you a lot!
Most “study” music puts me in a depressed mood and I end up procrastinating. This one actually motivates me. I study software development so I feel like I’m in a matrix lol
you'd really enjoy IDM
Before discovering your channel, I started with an F in my writing for lawyers class this semester(writing for me sucks lol), and now after discovering your channel I have an A. I am getting my assignments done with your music. Thank you so much for this you're a hero.
Wow, that’s an amazing improvement, I’m very impressed. Well done and thank you so much for your appreciation of my channel. It genuinely means a lot to get feedback like yours.
@@MindAmend It means a lot for you to respond. I just want people to know that this music WORKS wonders!! Thank you for all you do!
I work from home and this has been the only thing I can remember that hasn’t put me to sleep while working. I am so happy I came back across this video. Thanks G!
I do not usually comment on things I watch. However, I would like to express my gratitude to the man behind this mix. I have been in struggling with finding concentration while studying. This mix has been very helpful and also enjoyable. Thank you for making this and posting it!
Thanks Holley.
"The Man Behind This Mix" is a such a suitably elegant phrase - for both this mix, and this man!
Finally someone who create non agressive dirty beats, thats so clean. Congrats
Man, every time I start to lose focus on my business, I just come to one of these videos and BAM. Focus is back on. Thank you!
I was having a bad ADHD day and this helped me power out hours of reading time. Great work.
This is literally what keeps me going. I don't know why but this particular music really gets me focused far better than anything else. I listen to this every time I have to write essays and then I can't stop writing afterwards lol
Thanks!
Thanks Joy. 😊
I’m going through so much stress right now in school I beg whoever is reading this to pray for me please. I truly need it God bless ❤
Praying for you 🫂🙏
You got this! GANBARU!!
Dear Heavenly Father please wrap your loving arms around your child, bring them the peace, and the strength, the love that will lift them from their pain. Thank you Heavenly Father for loving us no matter what. Surround this person with your infinite love. 🙏
In Jesus name, i pray for comfort, confidence, memory strengths, wisdom and understanding and a visitation.
Done and done. 💖
If I actually manage to get through these next couple days and get everything done in time, I'm gonna owe it all to this video.
so ? what did you do ?
@@azzatayechi8114 I GOT THAT SHIT DONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
@@matchapaws7336 oh so happy for u , u should be so proud of yourself
@@matchapaws7336 Amazing!
Don't know how to describe it really but this has become a go-to background track for any cerebral work.
absolutly!
I've been having horrible sleep problems and was really struggling to stay awake and focus. This is the only thing that's helped so far! Thanks!
I've been listening to slow, chill lofi for study for years and recently it been doing the opposite for me. I can hardly do anything when it's playing, I get distracted so easily. I've just discovered this upbeat study music and it's doing wonders. Thank you. Thank you so, so much.
For real! They make me sleepy and distracted!
2yrs after this came out , this mix is still a classic 👌 🌃✨✨✨
This piece is really a work of wonder. I keep coming back to this over and over again. Thank you for taking the time to put it together.
Here I am every day 5 to complete my most dificult task of the month. Thank you for this channel, really apreciate it. All the love. 😊
I am a master Energy chiropractor 60
Years practice. I like this a lot .
this is absolutely insane, I got prescribed Adderall for my ADHD/Bipolar and I could focus but not to the level of degree that putting this on the background does for me. This is a whole different beast, and my future cybersecurity degree thanks you
This is an absolutely perfect blend of soothing, interesting, complex, yet restrained creation of music. Excellent and beautiful!
Just want to give a big thank you. I knocked out a massive 168 page paper under a bad time crunch while listening to this. I feel like all the stress and worry about this paper is gone. Thanks for sharing these tracks!
This is actually good! So many people put up shitty loops and boring things as if I wanted to meditate to work. I need this!
Yeah, some are far too slow and quiet. I need something to low-key jam to, not nap.
Man I listen to this while coding and I've never been more productive at my job than ever. Thanks alot !!
I've been listening to this everytime I study and as soon as it starts my brain calms tf down & goes, "Oh cool it's time to read and groove!" It keeps me engaged and focused so well. Thank you so much.
True!
Yesss
I'll steal your phrase and pin it to my study desk:)
Time to read and groove😁👆
Wow I’m amazed with myself! I had a major brain blast while listening to this wonderful work of art..... A big thank you to the bright mind that composed this brilliant brain juicer!!
at bedtime, just finished my coffee and initiated this song. lets goo. DSA, I'm coming for you.
I was falling asleep while studying, and decided to try one more thing before giving up - wow now I'm awake and focused! thank you!
I work in finance at a car dealership and this music is great when we are billing deals. Great focus music
3 years later and this playlist has gotten me to and now through med school. You, sir, are changing lives
Started dissociating while writing a paper but this helped me stay focused and on task for several hours, thank you!
This is the only track that can keep me focused on my dissertation writing. I'm not sure why concentration music on other channels are so soft and calm...this is perfect. Thank you!!!!
I was falling asleep doing discrete math and needed something to wake me up but not distract. Thanks, Mr. Lewis!
This is the best study music I have ever listened to! I have never loved math more
I've listened to this particular track over 10 times already over the past three months to help with concentration. Something about this one in particular just hits differently.
facts!! its my go-to
saaame. none of the other ones do it for me like this one does
Yes. The rhythm kind of pulls you along. Don't know much about music, but Stranglehold has the same affect for me. Not sure why.
used this to study for today’s multivariable calc exam at Harvard. absolutely clutch. wish me luck!
This was my main essay writing track for 2yrs. Got my first ever distinction & Deans Award for Outstanding Achievement! 💥💥 Thanks Jason for the tracks!! Massively Helpful!❤🔥
Thanks Liz. A big well for your distinction!
I think I heard a baby's heartbeat on one of the tracks and that got me to thinking how cool it would be to be a music artist and record your own child's heartbeat in your music as a beat..and now I'm distracted again...damn ADHD...back to the music and my work. Great mix!
It’s been a hard few weeks, but listening to this mix makes me feel that brighter days will come.
I have been using this music for 2 years now. Never fails to keep me focus and energized.
My new favorite morning track 💗😍🥰 turning on my dopamine 🎉💃🏻👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 forever thanks 🙏🏼 To HERO 🦸♂️ Jason
Brilliant, cheers m8
for whatever reason, this is my favorite one and I keep coming back to it
4 years later and I keep coming back to this one too
On behalf of the ADHD afflicted worldwide I thank you for the gift of your music ❤
Out of all the study music, this one is my favorite. It keeps me focused without falling asleep. I always come back to this one.
Hey, I'm a Nunez too! Yeah, I love this music. I'm a graphic designer and music really inspires my work.
I've listened to this on repeat for weeks. At least a few hundred of these views are me. Thank you!
Thanks Toby.
I have ADHD and use music quite often. This works nicely for 20 30 minute focus. Thanks
My Social Studies teacher played this while we were making study flashcards and I loved the vibe of it. I also thought that this kind of music would've been composed by the video game developer of one of my favorite games.
@Aditya vk look at their pfp
This music has been a game-changer for me when my ADHD is in overdrive. It helps me regain focus and even boosts my energy when I'm feeling low. Thank you so much for creating this-it truly makes a difference in my productivity!
