► If you are new to this type of audio brainwave entrainment, find out how isochronic tones work and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.c....
    What does this track do?
This music can be used for longer study or homework sessions and will help you to maintain a good level of concentration and focus, while at the same time feeling quite relaxed.
This track contains isochronic tones, which is the repetitive beats you hear behind the music. After around 5 or 6 minutes your brainwaves start to synchronize with the frequency of the tones. Then, as the tones change and cycle up and down through a specific frequency range, your brainwaves follow along in step with them. This process is known as brainwave entrainment.
The ‘beat’ frequencies used in this track range between 10 to 20 Hz, which means they beat at between 10 to 20 times per second. At the lowest end of 10Hz, this is known as the Alpha frequency range, which is a reasonably relaxed mental state. At the highest 20Hz frequency you go up into the Beta range. When you are awake, alert and focused during the day, your brain’s dominant frequency will be in the Beta range.
When we are studying or doing things that are mentally taxing, we might feel very alert and focused, but we are also a little tense, perhaps because of the importance of what we are working on, or maybe because we are under a time deadline. This extra pressure can cause mental blocks and make it harder for you to ‘think on your feet’.
This isochronic tones session is designed to help overcome that problem, by increasing your levels of Alpha and Beta brainwave activity. So you get the benefit of having increased beta activity which is good for concentration, but at the same time you have enough Alpha activity to be relaxed, resulting in a state of relaxed focus, where you can think more clearly and overcome mental blocks.
    Headphones are recommended
You can use this session without headphones, but to get the full benefit of the stimulation I’m about to mention you will need to be wearing headphones and on the correct way around. If your headphones aren’t clearly marked which is the left and right, this video will help you determine which is which: • Speaker Headphones Tes... .
This is an advanced ‘split hemisphere’ isochronic tones session, which stimulates each ear with a different beat frequency. Your right brain is stimulated within the 10 to 14Hz range, and your left brain between 10 to 20Hz, making the left more dominant. The left brain is associated with logic, analysis, maths, language, facts and reasoning, so it can be beneficial to have the left more dominant when studying or other similar mentally taxing activities.
    ADD/ADHD
ADD and similar disorders are often characterized by "slow-wave" EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region. So this track can also provide relief for ADD/ADHD symptoms by increasing the frequency of the brainwave activity in the left brain.
How should you listen to this?
You can listen to this track with your eyes open while studying, reading or doing other activities that require a higher level of concentration. You can also sit somewhere quiet and relaxing and use it as a form of mental meditation with your eyes closed.
    When to listen?
It is best to use this during the daytime and early evening, but not too close to bedtime. Because this track stimulates your brain to a more alert and focused state, it’s not suitable for listening to while sleeping, as it will probably disrupt your sleep.
How Loud Should The Volume Be?
Play it at a volume level you feel comfortable with. It should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, but not so loud that it’s uncomfortable for you. Somewhere in the middle is my recommendation.

I have ADHD and this REALLY helps me focus. I'm starting a 10 slide PowerPoint on the economical/industrial effects of a hurricane (its not hard, just time consuming) and I usually end up on Buzzfeed or watching PewDiePie rather than doing my work . This track has really made me concentrate and I'm beginning to do my work without even thinking (because I'm now focused and know what I'm doing). :)

I am chronic ADHD and it helps me to focus and be productive and I actually find myself getting my work done before it is time to leave the office for the day and because of that, I have found more time to focus on the things I would like to focus on after work, instead of working late! So thank you😊

I know this track works for a fact based on a few things I know about the human body and the reactions I have after listening.
It is well documented that about 20% OF your daily caloric intake is dedicated to fueling your brain. Simply doing daily tasks through the day and regulating your body, not calculating extreme levels of mental exertion.
After listening to this track for closer to an hour, you will become voraciously hungry.
I've tested this on a few individuals.
Had them perform either their School Work, or any reading/ focused based work.
My mother had the same effects I reported, makes sense, approximately 50% OF my genetic makeup. Perhaps a fluke?
Nope, every single person reported being much more hungry than usual during their 1st or 2nd break; than they would have been on any typical day.
This wasn't an official study with documentation and closely monitored Variable/Control.
Just a grouping of observations from various people I know.
I used this in 2015 to complete an entire semesters algebra 2 coursework on MathXL.
Utilizing wolf ram alpha and this track I completed the course in a month. 6 hrs a day.

Then I read the note about making sure your earphones are the right way around - checked mine and noticed I had them backwards. Within, I kid you not, 10 seconds of flipping them, I suddenly sat up, leaned forward, made the decisions about the files in front of me that had stopped me from progressing, and jumped into typing up the next assignment. And then I stopped and went, wow... did that just happen?

This will help you focus on your work. It won't turn you into a genius, but it will help you calm down and concentrate on what you are trying to learn, don't rush it thinking you've become a machine.. Just ignore the music, cut off all distractions, phone, Facebook, and what not.. I prefer downloading the file and putting it on my old iPod Nano, then disconnect wifi, switch off phone and keep my desk as clean as possible. I always start slowly by just reading what I have to do, making a list of the tasks I have to finish, usually takes me about 30min, then start immersing in the proper work, whilst listening to this on repeat so I don't have to worry about finding another song when it's finished.. I also work on my breathing during the first 30min of planning.. Plenty of little things that have helped me become more efficient, you get better at it over time so don't quit because it doesn't work straight away..
(This is a repost of a comment I made answering someone's question on the short version. It got a few likes so I figured it might be useful to others..)

Josh White it's not a magical formula, it varies.. Sometimes I can't get anything done even with all this setup.. But you'll notice some positive changes straight away, then it'll go a bit the other way because of old habits, but push on for a week or two and habits will go away progressively... DON'T over-do it ! Don't go from nothing to 16h a day of this, you'll just hate it after a week and quit... Genuinely go slowly.. Not on your revisions or work, keep the same hours as before, but start with 3h a day when you're at your most productive in general and try this.. After a week or two go four 4h etc...

The best analogy I could give would be a conductor leading an orchestra to accentuate the events occurring in a play, so the audience can achieve a better understanding of what's going on. It's awesome!

However, once I switched to my headphones, I hears beats that I didn't hear through TV speakers. Huge difference.
