He eventually gets that over time but he already developed the habit of relying on an AI for help. He’s capable without the AI though, on titan he made thanos bleed with no AI

I miss when they made the suits real in the MCU along side adding CGI to it, rather than just full on CGI. The CGI has always been great, but its always noticeable that its impractible when its used a crazy amount.

To be fair, this is the Mk. II armour, which is mechanically not as well refined as later suits. Outside of the software security protocols, it probably wouldn't take that long for a competent military engineer to open it up.
I'm pretty sure a life in the air force as a fighter pilot helped that process along. Also it's only a movie, you know entertainment. It's not a documentary.
The officer in the flight suit is/was a real air force officer, good friend of mine and test pilot at Edwards AFB when they filmed the movie. He also did several bits of radio dialogue.

Well, the repulsors, at least from what I can gather, are just what makes the suit fly, or at least balance, only concentrated into a small burst. Take a look at Iron Man 1, regarding Tony's first accidental repulsor blast. It was meant for flying, but it turned out it could be a weapon.

We also never see War Machine or Iron Patriot talking to J.A.R.V.I.S., so it's possible that that armor (which, if you recall, Stark had intended for Rhodes to have) was running a stripped-down version of the OS. Earlier, when Rhodes had just stolen the Iron Man armor, Tony was supremely drunk. When you are drunk, even when you're Tony Stark, you tend to focus on one thing to the exclusion of all else. Tony focused on beating up Rhodes. He probably didn't want to order J.A.R.V.I.S. to shut it down or kick him out - then Tony couldn't have fought Rhodes, he would have just killed him (which Tony, even drunk, didn't want). I don't know how Rhodey fits. But considering Tony designs and builds them himself, it's safe to say he builds it to his own specifications so that he can fit in it. Rhodey is probably the same kind of build and around the same height. Might be why he fits?
I think Tony booted Jarvis out of the Mk. II armour at some point, simply because it was a prototype that fulfilled it's purpose as a test bed for the later renditions. He probably knew he wasn't gonna be using it for anything anyway, so might as well put Jarvis in a suit he'd actually use.
It was probably deleted because it didn't make sense that Tony designed the suit to have multiple redundancies (as explained by Black Widow) to prevent unauthorized use. Of course, Rhodes was able to use it despite that which brings up interesting new questions. Is the suit specifically designed for Rhodey? Did Tony deactivate the fail safes?
I mean, War Machine origin story is this, and is a an origin story that feel real. What happen when your friend become a superhero? You may feel to be one too, but you dont have the powers/skills/tech/whatever, so... you take one of his high tech expensive suit and do reverse engineering on it, 100% ok with this xD

The iron patriot suit was upgraded by AIM, aka the mandarin henchmen, they got access to it way before this scene, so they new how to do it.

This is Iron Man 2. Pepper most likely didn't use any of the suits prior to her improvised usage in Iron Man 3.

His suit got stolen that's why Tony made sure all suits were to be operated by him only in Iron Man 3. Maybe Jarvis didn't have that permission for WM suit. We also never see War Machine or Iron Patriot talking to J.A.R.V.I.S., so it's possible that that armor (which, if you recall, Stark had intended for Rhodes to have) was running a stripped-down version of the OS.
Earlier, when Rhodes had just stolen the Iron Man armor, Tony was supremely drunk. When you are drunk, even when you're Tony Stark, you tend to focus on one thing to the exclusion of all else. Tony focused on beating up Rhodes. He probably didn't want to order J.A.R.V.I.S. to shut it down or kick him out - then Tony couldn't have fought Rhodes, he would have just killed him (which Tony, even drunk, didn't want).
Keep in mind, though, that Tony wanted his friend to have the armor. Rhodes had security access to the vault, was an authorized user for the armor, and it was set up for immediate use. Tony could likely have kicked Rhodes out of the armor (had he wanted to and been sober enough to consider it) but he didn't truly desire to do so. In his mind, fighting for the armor (and learning how to use it in the process) would make Rhodes better at using it to fight evil (recall, Tony was certain he was going to die soon) and less likely to hand it over to others. Basic psychology: the harder you fight for something, the less willing you are to give it up.

Earlier in the movie, he said he privatize world peace. And also, he built the suit to protect people. Other nation was trying to make their own iron-man. Imagine if he die and US don't have ironman anymore. He wanted to pass his legacy to Rhodey.

"Yes, sir" is mostly use by new recrute in training who may or may not pass the test ones your actually inside the army "Yes Sir" only for Camara/practice. Much more comment for a squad to have a very natural, social relax with your Sargent or anyone else. Hell the what they want the most... they prefer for you to go to them be like "Hey men i need your help I'm kinda confused in this" then to hear another "Yes sir".
Specially on the marine... ones you live a while in the ships you become like best buddy with evryone in the ship so outside of practice drill is quiet normal just be like "ughh oki"

I think Tony booted Jarvis out of the Mk. II armour at some point, simply because it was a prototype that fulfilled it's purpose as a test bed for the later renditions. He probably knew he wasn't gonna be using it for anything anyway, so might as well put Jarvis in a suit he'd actually use.

It was probably deleted because it didn't make sense that Tony designed the suit to have multiple redundancies (as explained by Black Widow) to prevent unauthorized use. Of course, Rhodes was able to use it despite that which brings up interesting new questions. Is the suit specifically designed for Rhodey? Did Tony deactivate the fail safes?
