Hi Judy, the resistance band exercise at 6:10 - is it necessary to alternately switch the front leg in the middle of the sets? In other words, Left foot in front 15 pulls then Right foot in front 15 pulls? Or that isn't important?
These will help strengthen and if you progress in loads then will increase muscle mass. Doing any additional movement will help with body fat. Adding muscle aids metabolism. Diet will also need to be a factor ❤️
So foolish so called God is that he gave a life span of only 100 years to mankind couldn't he be little generous & granted at least 1000 years or at least 500years so that we could enjoy sex till we reach 400years &live 100years of retired life.

It doesn't matter for the front upper body effects BUT for balance of nervous system I suggest switching legs each set ❤️
