Gingery Lathe Apron and Bearings

Adding the apron to the bottom of the carriage casting, and also cleaning up the leadscrew journal bearings.

I've got some painter's masks, but I suspect they aren't up to the job. I'll look for an actual respirator at the hardware store :)
