    I absolutely LOVE working with clubs and have finally been able to get my hands on some at the awesome at Legion.
    If you ever get access to some clubs, give this workout a try!
    A1.
    ▪️Double Leg Driver
    ▪️30 Seconds Work
    A2.
    ▪️Two Handed Swing - Park & Squat
    ▪️5 Reps/Side
    A3.
    ▪️Double Front Swing - Double Front Ready
    ▪️8 Reps
    ⚡️3-4 Sets, 90 Seconds Rest in between Sets

    Excellent! Very pleased to see this development. I have been at steel clubs for a few months... the best! Beginning now with steel mace, one workout of each per week. Nice, compatible mix.
