I hope you guys are geared up to make a metric crap ton of these things. I know several guys who want one, and I live in Nowhere, America. I've already got the money saved up, just waiting on my chance!
My favorite aspect to Kel-Tec is their innovation. They make the guns they want, which are the guns we want. I have 14 Kel-Tec firearms and they're all awesome. Thanks for making interesting and unique firearms.
I got my hands on one a month ago. Picked up a customsmithmfg 1913 adapter and a folding brace and it's now everything I want it to be....except the cost of ammo.
Bill - That's great. Also, for CC, who really needs a huge caliber when you can use something that can be easily controlled "in rapid fire situations? I like the idea of a fast, accurate, reliable small caliber, especially if you're confronted with several assailants, as shown on RUclips's "active self-protection" episodes, where you can see up to four assailants is quite common.
I have a PMR30 & CP33 as well and both are accurate at 15 yards. The PMR30 is a little picky about what ammo you put into it, but once you find a good ammo for it, it's a blast to shoot.
Jim - I've heard about that, but the one I know of had 200 rounds of the cheaper ammo - Armscor run through it without a hitch. I think the trick is to do the "tap", as it says in the instructions, after every two or three rounds OR use one of their new loaders, in order to seat them properly. The CCI are the best of course. .
@@david77james the Armscor is what they use at the factory for their testing. I stumbled across the CCI A22 and bought it. That does work well. From my testing, the rounds need to be 40+ grain AND 1875fps or better.
@@jphoeke - Zakly! I actually would have a difficult time finding any 'non 40/1875', and probably don't remember ever seeing any. That represents demand, which is good.

I buy y'all's guns. Love the innovation and off the wall thinking.... But this thing is a miss. That reloading cycle takes it out of any serious combat role for me.
Glad the market gets more 5.7x28mm shooting options, thanks KelTec!

I’m interested in buying it but when I looked up the ammo pricing people are bidding on boxes at outrageous prices.
Just gonna get worse, too. Best I can find is 500 rds for 325$.

Pistol brace?
Now if only the ammo was available lol
would work in a carbine version
But that would have actually made sense and been useful and filled a market gap if the price was under 1000

Hope 50 rounds is enough to stop the threat. Reloading that thing fast, consistently doesn't look easy
If you miss with 50 of these shots then you don’t need to be shooting
Is it consider a Pistol as you said, or is it consider just A Weapon.
This configuration is a pistol.
They should make it in 4.6x30 as well
The only pistol
that requires you carry another pistol
in case you get jumped during a reload
50 rounds I would hope nobody is that lousy of a shot 😅

My concern would be the availability and cost of the ammunition. I can't afford 9MM if you can find it.
you can get it......$1.50 per round or more....
Ammunition Depot $.69 per round. Not much cheaper than 9mm right now but maybe it’s more available?
Yeah the cost when you can find it is ridicules, the ammo costs more then the firearm now. I can’t even find primers!
Thinking too narrow. Owning the pistol will long outlast the current ammo shortage.

I think you mean a "pistol brace."
That would defeat the purpose...make it too big...it's a pistol.
There are folding, and collapsible braces that can keep the package relatively small.
