@@elexust730 nice! There was no job openings for ups so I took an offer from FedEx express did my drug screen/DOT physical. Hopefully I have a journey like yours!
I personally was hired straight off the street, I was previously Amazon and FedEx driver. However most will have to work in the warehouse for about 2yrs
For most people, they will work inside for 1 to 2yrs until they get the call to go intergrad if they pass that then they 30 day driving packet and if they pass they are in. I was lucky enough to get hired of the street.
I was an Amazon driver I was doing 188,189 stops sometimes with 23 or 34 multi-stops 😏 I couldn't even take a lunch break and they didn't gave a F$&# . I quick my job because other drivers were doing 140,150,170 stops and they would get a rescue ,we all getting the same paid so why am I doing more deliveries with no rescue ,can't even take my 30mins break otherwise I would get behind .

Your device Diad gps, just like the amazon flex gps, does it pin point the business and apartments stops for you?
Just pin points the main office building. Everything else you have to figure out on or own or I call another driver and ask them
How long have you been a driver? Topped out wage or working towards it? Ive veen driving almost four years and i go max wage in another month or so

I got hired off the street as a driver.
But that rarely happens for most people, they will have to start with working in the warehouse

I’m all over the place. Usually they keep me in the same city but every once while I’ll do other routes in other cities that we covet.

Nope, I don’t have a set route

Yeah usually the trailer parks, apts, and businesses count as one stop but it’s actually more than one
