Recently I realized that I uncontrollably broke down as I felt seen and heard. And the crying is uncontrollable. Even I am shocked about it. I discovered it is actually my inner child crying out. As I ponder about how I felt. I felt that it was because when I was still a child I was a very sensitive child. And because I was sensitive I cried a lot and my parents and siblings reaction to my crying was annoyed. I tend to think I shouldn't cry but the emotions just kept coming. I think my inner child wants to feel seen and heard of my crying. She wants to feel loved even though she always cry and hopes that no one can judge her. Talking to my inner child, accepting her without any judgements have made me feel so renewed and at peace.

Inner child to me made me motivated it's like when you were a child you just want to go experience stuff. My inner child grew up to early my parents expected me to grow up too early. It slowly died because I had to act the bigger person. I got unmotivated and quickly hop to new things, I can't focus to finish on one thing, I quickly jump to a new thing. But it got reawakened now that I'm 36 I found my motivation again to be playful and motivated.

I also react badly when other people shut down my talks about my favourite shows or movies or news I find interesting, they always say 'don't you have other things to talk about?' or 'how do you have time to look up something like this?'. Like, that hurts my inner child so much.

This was really good. Eckhart Tolle decribes "pain body" which is the culmination of childhood pain. A Course In Miracles calls it "ego scripts." The magic is in being able to see it and then not identify it as one's self but to rather catch it before it takes over thinking and BE STILL in order to transmute the energy field. I LOVE the idea of soothing my inner child and I have been, I have been listening to her fears and talking to her about the truth she never knew as a child. I look forward to checking out your other videos. Lee

Ah yes.. humbly I just put twenty years of endometriosis into remission.. It was half plant-based diet , supplements, plant based progesterone, cutting out all xenoestrogens. Half healing my inner child. What came out since the pain has gone, it's a lot of fun, funky colorful, & artsy creations.
I am going to start a podcast . So those who resonate, can see it is possible with this disease.. I can only imagine the benefits to a non endo woman as well... not a highly sensitive immune sytem.
It isn't that easy. But it's worth every moment changing the rewiring of your subconscious. I never thought I would be saying that sentence💖

Inner child, is the ego. Parent the ego through shadow work. Allowing me to truly challenge, my toxic codependency karmic cycle in the best way🥰 Being free, feels so good. Choosing to doiny things differently is artistically amazing. Reinventing my own world with my higher self, who she aspires to be as she heals. Her little sadistic ass loves when we Discipline her, because she feels visible and attended to. Lil bad girl lol. Being an inner child parent, is so fulfilling and enriching. Age 7 are programming years. My mother and father, grandparents made me feel protected and seen. So I took those skills and incorporated them by keeping myself active and in creative mode like they did. And I feel so uplifted. I love parenting myself

Wow, I was thinking about this a lot recently, your video comes at a very appropriate time for me. Spending time at home with my parents now that my third year of college has come to a close has forced me to grapple with some family dynamics that at times feel uncomfortable, and this video has helped illuminate possible reasons why. I think growing up involves learning the hard lesson that life is not always about fun and doing whatever you want, and our inner child takes that very personally, depending on how that lesson is taught to us by our parents and by the rest of society. With age and experience (and to a greater extent with a background in psychology) we learn to look back and realize that it was never only about us, and that the things that happen to us are not necessarily because of something that we did that made us deserve it. Thanks for another great video, I love your channel (and instagram account!).

I don’t understand much of my Inner child. All I know is i hardly had time to see any of my parents, I’d sleep and wake up without them everyday. And when I’d ask my siblings where are they I’d start crying because I never got to say anything. It happened for years. Including the past abusive years I’ve seen myself hiding a lot and staying quiet trying to not cry in any situation I’m in. Continuously, i am passive.
(Sorry for the nonsense I just want to understand more of this inner child topic)

I am debilitated and paralyzed with panic attacks.
HOW THE FUCK COULD HE DO THIS TO ME?
    HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW?????
I'm all alone in the world.
    Desperately painfully ridiculously: ALONE.
I'm in hell: with no escape.
    I don't see a way out.
    I'm drowning, suffocating.
    I'm in so much pain.
    Submerged in darkness and blackness.
    Flooded with terror.
No light at the end of the tunnel.
My only prayer is to die.
    This pain is killing me.
    Trauma and emotional turmoil.
    I am miserable and devastated.
    I hyperventilate with panic attacks.
    I CANNOT, DO NOT: BREATHE.
    I am abandoned and betrayed;
    discarded like last week's garbage!!!
    I just want to die!
I can no longer bear this hell that I'm in.
I just don't breathe. The pain is too unbearable.
    Panic and terror and trauma
flood every cell of my being.
    I'm so desperately all alone.
My world, my life: was changed,
    completely, in an instant.
    My heart is shattered.
    My soul is raped.
    I have severe PTSD.
    SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE.
I am left devastated and despaired.
    I am anguished and tormented.
I am haunted and I am in agony.
I am terrified and I am traumatized.
    I AM DESPERATE FOR PRAYER.
    THIS EMOTIONAL TURMOIL IS TORTURE.
    DROWNING.
    SUFFOCATING.
    I am traumatized.
every cell of my being is submerged in PTSD.
    he raped me.
my so-called best friend; he raped me.
    maliciously intentionally
viciously brutally intensely: raped my soul.
    discarded me like garbage.
    CONSTANT PANIC.
having the devil inside him, is a legit explanation for what he's done to me...
how will I get through this?
how will I heal from this?
he purged all his dysfunctions onto me...
because he's unhealed and because he's fucked,
I ended up being the collateral damage
    to his un-wellness!!
    HOW WILL I EVER HEAL?
    I HAVE SEVERE PTSD.
    SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE.
    he's given me severe PTSD.
    SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE.

come disguised as people that love you...

I AM DYING OF EMOTIONAL PAIN.
THE GRIEF AND TERROR ARE ALL-CONSUMING.
the darkness. the despair. the rage. THE PANIC.
    OH. MY. GOD. THE. PANIC!!!
the person whom I thought was my best friend
    discarded me like garbage.
    replaced me with another.
I desperately want to escape the pain that I'm in:
    debilitating paralyzing all-consuming hyperventilating
    panic and grief...
he violently brutally viciously maliciously raped my soul.
    abandoned and betrayed me.
    and now I don't breathe. CAN'T BREATHE.
I'm desperately trying to remember this. please, God, help me remember:

  • @Vania.12

Thank you for the explanation..it's really clear and useful.. I wanted to ask though, what if it was still the same person who we saw from childhood? You mentioned that for example it was our dad who was grumpy from work, and now we saw our spouse being grumpy and we have to try to control this emotion. But what if it was still the same person (my mom). She's always mad after coming home from work. She would yell at father and us. I used to be always scared of her attitude. And now I still live with my family and I am still always triggered and had this mixed emotion whenever she came home from work. I grew up to be an emotional person, I am always mad around the house, no matter what happens, good or bad. But whenever I am outside with friends, I feel different, it's hard to describe, but I feel happier.. Can the "healing inner child" meditation help me? Because i still live in the same house as in my childhood and with the same people. Ive actually tried listening to the meditation and I cried a lot. But I didnt feel any better after that.. Thank you in advance 🙂

I know you wrote this comment a year ago but it just resonated so much with me. I'm in a very similar situation only for me it was both of my parents and they abused me physically, mentally, emotionally. I can definitely relate to feeling "mad" when at home. I even notice that I feel insecure, angry, annoyed, irritated, unsafe. But every time I'm home alone for a few days or weeks, I'm in a better mood, I'm more productive, I start working out on a regular basis, I eat better food etc. Even my inner dialog get better (still shit but not as bad). I think we just have to move out and start healing ourselves. I don't see how it's possible to do better when you're in a toxic enviroment. How are you doing now? Would love to hear an update

So I was wondering..if my inner child is really triggered..ofcourse..all of me is triggered..I feel agitated or whatever in the moment..and then in those critical moments..I don't see how to pacify my inner child..because i don't obviously feel like the wise parent.. So what do I do in those moments..this is kinda confusing..any help?
