This week we are going to talk about how to order the correct size for your gun belt or regular belt.
We've gotten a few questions about that and every once in a while we get a customer who ordered the wrong size.
The rule of thumb is:
Whatever your pant size is, add 2" for a regular belt and 4" for a gun belt.
But there is more to this.
That's why we made this video where Mark explains what all to take into consideration so you have a better understanding when you order a belt from us.

Also depends on the style of gun belt/gun belt with holster. I measured for hip bone of 36 inches. I wear the gun belt below my pants belt. The belt holster that I bought was from Historical Emporium. There is a strap that runs into loops behind the belt, against your abdomen. Then there is the cinching loop that runs in front of the belt with belt loops. I'm still looking for a good gun belt. Measure different ways and still not found the right fit.
