  • In this week's video we take a look at the micro-adjustable Battle Belts from Kore Essentials. Trevor offers his first impressions of this unique piece of gear and goes through the sizing process step by step. Like other systems out there, this belt from Kore Essentials utilizes an inner and outer belt pair in conjunction with velcro, but also offers the unique benefits of their signature ratcheting system. Check out the video to see if this belt may be right for you, or for a handy sizing guide if you just picked one up for yourself!

    Trevor I got a Kore micro battle belt for my birthday from the wife after a few hints. Wow it is so flippin nice with being able to adjust it looser when you sit down and then stand and tighten it to load it up is a great feature.

    I use the 1-3/4 inch belt they have for the range. Very supportive if you carry a heavy load like I do.

    Mercy, these Kore Belts are Killer. Best of all world's: Strength, tailored fit, quality, looks, & the ease of adjusting on the fly. Example after a big meal, getting in a car, standing, running, setting no fumbling around to loosen or, tighten. It's too dang easy! I'm a customer for life!!! I believe it would be very hard to find another belt that does it all from looks to function. I'm sold, tossing & giving away many of my other belts to friends. No need to have inferior junk hanging around!!!
    I'm not not paid endorsement, I'm no expert but, the only deviation I did was add a drop of thread locker on screws. My preference & peace of mind!!!

    Do you think the belt would still be effective without using the inner belt and just tightening the outer belt down. Like if you were to use it as a bump in the night system.

    • @RangeDay
      @RangeDay  8 месяцев назад

      Could be an updated belt or you selected a different kit option. They have several buckles available.

    I'm wondering if they make a version of this without the MOLLE webbing that holds 20lbs of duty gear.

    • @RangeDay
      @RangeDay  Год назад

      I don’t think there is a MOLLE-less version with that weight capacity. The Garrison EDC belt would be your best bet.

      If the clips are made for 1.75” belts, it may be a little loose. Many times the 1.75” clips or latches can be adjusted!

    Can the tag end go to either side?

    • @RangeDay
      @RangeDay  10 месяцев назад +1

      The belt can technically only be set up one way. You can reverse the sides everything goes to by flipping the belt upside down I suppose.

    Why two belts?

    • @RangeDay
      @RangeDay  5 месяцев назад

      They use the inner belt that goes through your belt loops to have some extra security with the belt around your pants instead of just a wrap and friction hold.

    KORE went cheap on the public. After reviewing videos on unboxing of their product Ive come to the conclusion after mine was delivered WITHOUT the hanger smh.

    • @RangeDay
      @RangeDay  11 месяцев назад +3

      The hanger is indeed an optional extra, you have to add it separately on the website for a few bucks.

    Well if you lose weight or gain weight you’re screwed

    • @RangeDay
      @RangeDay  Год назад +1

      You’d have to gain or lose quite a bit. Any setting has up to 5” of adjustment, and if you get really small you can just cut the belt shorter again.
