- In this week's video we take a look at the micro-adjustable Battle Belts from Kore Essentials. Trevor offers his first impressions of this unique piece of gear and goes through the sizing process step by step. Like other systems out there, this belt from Kore Essentials utilizes an inner and outer belt pair in conjunction with velcro, but also offers the unique benefits of their signature ratcheting system. Check out the video to see if this belt may be right for you, or for a handy sizing guide if you just picked one up for yourself!

Good review and good info on set up. Thanks I was looking at their belts just today a year after your post
Thanks for watching, glad it helps!
Trevor I got a Kore micro battle belt for my birthday from the wife after a few hints. Wow it is so flippin nice with being able to adjust it looser when you sit down and then stand and tighten it to load it up is a great feature.
Happy birthday! I totally agree, love the belt.
Great video. It help me set up my belt 100%. Thanks for the good detail and helpful hints.
Glad it helped!
Great review. I’ve been in the market for a new battle belt and have had a good experience with Kore so far.
Good to hear!
Awesome step by step video! Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for the video, just received my first KORE belt, the battle belt and your video made it very easy for me to setup my belt, watching from 🇿🇦
Happy to help, thanks for watching!
Thank You for the tutorial for this awesome belt. i just purchased mine 2 days ago. without your help I wouldn't have know what to do. Si Yu'us Ma'ase my friend
Glad I could help!
Just bought one for a duty belt. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for watching! They are great belts.
I use the 1-3/4 inch belt they have for the range. Very supportive if you carry a heavy load like I do.
We just released a video on the Garrison belt as well! Looks to be another solid option as well.
Mercy, these Kore Belts are Killer. Best of all world's: Strength, tailored fit, quality, looks, & the ease of adjusting on the fly. Example after a big meal, getting in a car, standing, running, setting no fumbling around to loosen or, tighten. It's too dang easy! I'm a customer for life!!! I believe it would be very hard to find another belt that does it all from looks to function. I'm sold, tossing & giving away many of my other belts to friends. No need to have inferior junk hanging around!!!
I'm not not paid endorsement, I'm no expert but, the only deviation I did was add a drop of thread locker on screws. My preference & peace of mind!!!
They really are impressive products!
Our local shop carries those belts and says they are very nice. I am going to check them out.
Would recommend! They’re nice
very helpful. thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Well done, me big dumb and needed the user perspective to pull this together
Don’t sweat it. Always easier to see it. Hope you enjoy the belt!
Aewsome Gjallarhorn Replica!!!
Really proud of it 🤣
could use the scrap as a makeshift shogun bandolier
Do you think the belt would still be effective without using the inner belt and just tightening the outer belt down. Like if you were to use it as a bump in the night system.
Got your answer on the other video Nick! Thanks for watching
That scrap piece can be useful to mount stuff in your vehicle.
Sure could. It’s a pretty versatile material
I know it’s an old video. But I just got the micro battle belt and mine came with a different buckle. Any reason why?
Could be an updated belt or you selected a different kit option. They have several buckles available.
I'm wondering if they make a version of this without the MOLLE webbing that holds 20lbs of duty gear.
I don’t think there is a MOLLE-less version with that weight capacity. The Garrison EDC belt would be your best bet.
If the clips are made for 1.75” belts, it may be a little loose. Many times the 1.75” clips or latches can be adjusted!
Can the tag end go to either side?
The belt can technically only be set up one way. You can reverse the sides everything goes to by flipping the belt upside down I suppose.
Use trama shears works so easy
Good idea for these!
Make a drop down leg molle belt with the extra piece.
Good idea!
Just got mine in the mail. Mine did not
Come with a measuring tape.
It should have been included. You could reach out to Kore or probably just go without. The sizing is simple enough, the flexible tape just helps.
Fresh t🎉
Always T Dawg
Looks more uncomfortable than a 2 inch duty belt. Why sooo stiff?
Why two belts?
They use the inner belt that goes through your belt loops to have some extra security with the belt around your pants instead of just a wrap and friction hold.
KORE went cheap on the public. After reviewing videos on unboxing of their product Ive come to the conclusion after mine was delivered WITHOUT the hanger smh.
The hanger is indeed an optional extra, you have to add it separately on the website for a few bucks.
Well if you lose weight or gain weight you’re screwed
You’d have to gain or lose quite a bit. Any setting has up to 5” of adjustment, and if you get really small you can just cut the belt shorter again.
Yo Trevor. I'm thinking about purchasing Kor battle belt.
