I think I went with the large, probably could have went with the medium. But unless I get a free one i can’t say for sure.

Hi. I’m also left handed. I don’t see the problem with just flipping the inner and outer belts.
So far it’s a non issue.
Yea As I bought it I had same thinking.. than I just flipped the belts.
So far it’s working well
