QUICK& EASY one pan chicken and green bean stir fry recipe Aunty Mary Cooks. When you don’t have time to cook 2 separate dishes, it’s easy to combine them into one like this chicken and green beans stir fry. It’s quick, easy and delicious. The sauce is very good spooned over rice. Aunty Mary shows how to cook this easy recipe of chicken and green beans stir fry at home.
Ingredients
450g chicken thighs without bones, remove skin and cut into strips
450g green beans, cut off the ends and cut into half,
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chop
Oil for frying
Marinade for Chicken
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 Tbsp soya sauce
Seasoning Sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp soya sauce
2 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/4 C water
