It is like home cooking, my mom made this for us all the time when I was a kid.
Looks yummy and delicious
Shrimp:
1 egg white
2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch
White pepper and salt to taste
Marinate
Green beans:
Boil first with a teaspoon of sugar for 4-5 mins
Stir fry:
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil
Small onion (as desired)
Spring onion (as desired)
Ginger (as desired)
Garlic (as desired)
Add green beans and shrimp after onion, garlic and ginger have browned.

Exactly, I don't like the nonsense of the musc and the long stories. I know most people's have busy life and schedules to follow. So time is precious. I like how he gets right into the cooking!
