They taste just as good or even better then my local takeout! You know when you try and duplicate a dish from a Chinese place and after it is done it seems to never have that "taste". This is the first time I have ever made Chinese dishes that actually taste like actual Chinese food!

We have no Chinese food restaurants in our area for a couple hundred miles. But you made it possible for us to have a fantastic dinner bless you for sharing. I made this recipe today I'm just getting started with cooking as a hobby. You made this one really easy. Thanks it's absolutely delicious. I recommend anybody follow this gentleman. I was able to achieve professional results although I am an amateur chef. Thank you Henry
Pretty tasty recipe. I had a bit of a difficult time for a few reasons. The first problem was that I was cooking for six and wasn’t sure how to increase measuring. Secondly, I used too much cornstarch on the shrimp but it worked out in the end (I had to add more water when I got to the sauce). Thirdly, when I got to the step to add ginger and garlic it all popped out if the pan ( I ended up trying this step again and sautéed both ingredients off of the heat). Besides the mentioned, the recipe turned out great. I wish I can add a pic
