Just know that a lot of people can't eat out much anymore. It's just got too expensive. I love supporting local Chinese restaurants, but they've raised their prices (most of them) beyond what most of us can pay. We can't pay $15/plate for just a stir fry or something like that. Yeah, maybe for CANTONESE-STYLE GINGER SCALLION LOBSTER. But, not just few pieces of shrimp and brocolli. So, you are really helping us to feed our family and survive during the economic conditions, nowadays. Please, keep videos coming.
Oh man! Take the damn tails off of the shrimp! It's very annoying to stick your fingers in this dish to remove the tails, getting sauce all over your fingers while doing so! SMH
