I am so very excited Alyssa! 😮 My dear husband is 78 and has suffered from osteoarthritis for more years than I can remember. I looked through RUclips and found that the way to free yourself from the terrible pain of it is exercise, but he’s never done exercise since school years and is reticent now… but..
Finally, I found your channel and loved your manner and new if anyone could succeed it would be you!
He’s just completed lesson one and I’m so very, very happy, more to the point, so is he! I’m sure he quite enjoyed it even though it was painful, but he pushed through it and finished! 😊 He says he’ll be back tomorrow, I’m so delighted. Very many thanks indeed Alyssa! 😊

Thank you so much! I've been on-line looking for help and tips together with my Osteopath, who is also a PT since January 2023. Your exercises are helping me the most, mostly, I think bc you explain them & what their purpose is so well. I'm a retired opera singer/voice instructor, & I always began with body warm ups, then humming before attempting to sing. Covid side lined me, and forced me into full retirement before I'd planned to. I literally just went from many hours a day body warm ups with my clients to a few minutes at most & often none at all. I lost strength and hip arthritis combined with Trigeminal Neuralgia from my jaw made my life miserable until I found the proper medical professionals who actually care and listened (after 20 years of being dismissed). What is most noticeable about working with you clips is that I see strength building and *NO* pain, which is key. 🎉🎉🎉.
I agree with another commentator that I will repeat this one a few more times before graduating to Day 2, even though, I could do all the exercises without much difficulty. What I noticed has changed in these past 2 1/2 years is that I had to stay focused & sometimes slow my pace.
I also have your learn to squat video and others to change it up.
Mille Grazie, Many Thanks for making this content and your expertise available to us. Cheers ❤

Well I watched thru today. Will start tomorrow. I have a right ankle disability and I have no motion at all. I also wear a lift as I walk on tip toe that foot
I do have to modify some of them but I pray I remember them and and so some in the pool where I swim laps.
I am very grateful to have found this terrific young lady helping us all with our beaten up worn but still wonderful and useful vessels
Thank you and maybe you'll read this someday.

Finished the first video today. I'm not going to lie, some of it was a challenge to my poor, old body, so I think I will do video one for a couple more times before moving on to video two. I am so excited at the possibility of being able to do things again. Thank you!

I have scoliosis in three parts of my spine. Over the past year or more I’ve hand numbness in both feet, my left leg and inner thigh. My left groin seems to have something to do with the numbness. My left hip has some arthritis but isn’t bone on none.
So I never know what left side movement might irritate the leg, knee and foot ( feet )
Seems as if a nerve is involved.
The worst is that the discomfort has kept me from sleeping for a long time.
I’ve done the first 4 days in this series and am starting over because my form has gotten better since starting your program.
What should be my next step? I have an appointment with a very good Doctor whom I saw 7 years ago. He made the spot on diagnosis at that time.
Before I sign up for the ongoing program I’d like to see what he says. He’s not one to prescribe meds and is very conservative about shots. I’ve only had one in my life. I’m 71.
    Love your program!!!!
    Thanks Alyssa.
