It depends on the location you visit and the type of cut you want. Moist brisket is a bit pricey compared to other sections of the Brisket. Some locations just have one standard price.
We’ve tried it in the past and it wasn’t for us. We also wanted to keep it to those four at least for this trip. We should probably go back and give it another shot.
@@RandomRecess Lockhart is my hometown Chisholm was my favorite for sausage when Floyd owned it before he past. The quality is not what is use to be. If you have not tried go to luling Tx to City Market they have great BBQ as well.
