Have a 2006 or new Suzuki GSX-R600/750? Awesome! These are some the best and most popular sport bikes on the market. Unfortunately, they had one critical issue, the charging system. Most of these bikes has had at least one (or many more) stator and/or voltage regulator failures over the years. Using a high quality stator is critical on these, along with some tips and tricks on installation. A great voltage regulator matters too, and mounting it outside of the original location can help significantly.
Watch as RMSTATOR Electrical Engineer Evan shows you how to install a new stator and voltage regulator on your Suzuki GSX-R600/750.

Thank you guys! I just fixed today my motorcycle, changed stator and regulator, your video was really helpful!
this video is long but i watched it all the way,,, i love it you explained well,, this helps me a lot,, thanks
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@Rmstatorincis there a link for the rectifier for my 2006 gsxr 600 and is there a link for relocation bracket ?
Awesome how-to, was really helpful thanks, guys!
That looked like a Chinese stator. I’m changing out a Ricks for a Chinese that some have on so far for 5k.
I’m liking the design of your guys stuff. So I think I’ll be ordering one of yours next time. I notice you guys don’t use lamination for your windings which is fine. But I think the majority I see fail are at the 10-11 o’clock maybe due to cooling from oil jet. You did help me with oil jet. I would have never known. Thank you I will use a needle tomorrow to clean it with some brake cleaner. And for that I’ll be ordering from you guys next time mine fails. Right now I want to concentrate on early oil changes due to stator bathing in oil. So 1500-2000 mile changes from here on out. Thanks RM 🙏🏾🙏🏾
best video (other than missing torque values) thank you!
What are the torque values ?
Very informative, hopping you can help me to my gsxr600. Same problem...
Amazing!! i got a Stator Generator of a bandit 650, do you know how many turns i have to make on each coil?
Are the stator bolts hard to remove with the red loctite? Do you need to torch it to get them out?
Is there anywhere else the rectifier can be mounted?i dont like the side.of the frame where it isnt covered by fairings...
So if i get the cnc regulator and stator do i have to crimp anything or modify the wires? Or do they just plug in? Also if i have to cut or do new connections when the wires or burnt
Can you still undo the hoses from the gas tank if you have close to full of fuel?
My issue is that the oil is leaking out of the area where the cable comes out of the strator cover.
I stupidly didn’t line up the gears correctly. Will I have to redrain the oil to just take off the first small cover for the stator?
mosfet regulator how many miles does it go ??
My 2015 polaris sports man was dead and I jumped it with a car and I turned on but then when I took off the cables it turned of automatically can u please help me with this idk what it’s it battery has power and the cluster only turns on when it’s connected to jumper cables please help and again that battery is charged but still not turing or even hearing anything when u turn it to run
I need help with my 1994 Suzuki gsxr 750 the radiator is draining my battery up
MOSFET parts ? Thank you 😊
how can I order your parts? I need a rectifier and a stator for my 2007 Gsxr 600. Thank you.
So with this MOSFET regulator, I don't need to purchase a relocation bracket? I just want to make sure I understand you correctly.
bloody tops what was the rectifier brand and was the relocation plate with the product if so can u send link thanks
I just changed my stator, rectifier, starter relay, battery, spark plugs, brought a multi meter to check all fuses and there were no burnt fuses. Now I’m stuck to know why GSXR 750 won’t start. Everything turns on far lights, horn, blinkers, except the cluster lights. I can only see the (N) light and nothing else. I’m so lost!!! I check the ground and that’s even good but I feel like there’s a short somewhere.
check kickstand sensor. that was a problem i had.
Do you guys sell everything in a kit? Mine crapped out just after a fresh oil change and I don't fell like ordering form different sources
There's a rod under the back to hold up the tank, will not fall out, made by Suzuki for this reason. Otherwise a very helpful video.
where do i get the relocation bracket that is in theideo
hey, did you end up finding where to get the relocation bracket? I need that right now
I did exactly how you did your bike in this video and still nothing. I installed new spark plugs, starter relay, stator, rectifier, checked all fuses which are good and still nothing.
Did you find the problem still?
just did mine and boy does that magnet really suck
this is a 09 not 07🤦🏻♂️
Isn't the OEM the best
