    I like this video I have very limited time to spare so I need quick efficient workouts that get the job done. i need lots of cardio and ways to reduce the waist/stomach and tighten up the abs and everywhere else.

    Thought this was a fast, effect 5 minutes. I take a Steps class twice a week but need it at home more days as well. Your you tube will help this. THanks!
