Hello from Colorado, USA. We got my wife a 2020 Speed Twin and she is 5' 4". I have done the Tec Bike Parts Suspension Shock and Fork upgrade so I could get the suspension sag numbers where they needed to be for her. This gives you Preload in the forks and Preload and Rebound in the rear shocks. The springs are still progressive, but less nose dive when braking and squatting when taking off. I also got the adjustable foot pegs (up and forward) to raise her knees to get them closer to the tank. The previous owner had done the Vance & Hines exhaust, x pipe and tec bike shocks (I added the fork kit). Really, the ability to fit the bike to the rider is a game changer for them.

I just toured France on mine and fitted some new Michelin Road 5's for the trip. Love them and they worked so well in the wet. Hope the 6's are at least as good!

Best mod is flashing the ECU to get rid of all the throttle restrictions that Triumph put in there on the latest generation model... It's very held back by the rode by wire tables, but if you have TuneECU and an Android phone, that's an easy fix.

Its probably a mod I'll look into next year once out of warranty 👍 🙂 I flashed my MT07 ECU and it was like a different bike afterwards

@@FuelwithDave I have been dialing in my 2022 Speed Twin, which is stock, except in the US we don't have CATs in the muffler and the baffles slide out by removing a screw, plus I took out the intake snorkel... With my current map, the throttle response is night and day... the bike wheelies all the time in first now, and it even starts pulling up in second, just from burying the throttle.
The 2022 models are quite restricted, so getting rid of that stuff and adding some fuel and a couple degrees of ignition advance does wonders. I will get it on the dyno once I get full headers and a decat, and I will make the map available to anyone that wants it, free of charge. I do this for fun and to give back to the community.

I couldn't see the side of the bike you were talking about. Either poor equipment or my cheap laptop. I subscribed and liked, hoping that someday you can afford better mic and cameras.
Maybe I am getting old (!) but I no longer want any bike to be noisy! I know, it was "cool" when we were young, to drive around town annoying thousands of people per minute because we were rebellious little devils. Now when I hear a modified exhaust I just think of little toddlers playing with their little toys on the rug, making big "Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!" noises.
Also fellas, those cats are on there for a very good reason. Folks got tired of dying from lung disease. Kids got tired of breathing toxic chemicals. People had enough wildlife dying off. You are not the only one to consider. Plus in the U.S. anyway, you CAN AND WILL GET A MASSIVE fine (10k?) and possibly have your ride confiscated, as well it should be.
    Yep, I'm old.

Greetings from Australia. I just bought a 2022 Speed twin. Visually there's not much difference apart from the Marzocchi front end, the Brembo mono blocs and the plain red tank, I like the infill stripe on yours. I do plan to replace the exhaust, the seat which is like a plank after a couple of hours and I'm thinking of adding a fly screen to the front. Lots of bugs here in Oz and some of the bigger ones have found there way in already.

How about a really cheap appearance improving mod? Remove the rear number plate and apply some carbon fibre film to the rear and reapply. For £6 it’s worth it.

I got a 8x6 plate with legal sized font, more likely to get fined for the decat than the plate
