I am a simple man. I only want very essential and minimal toppings on my burger - A1 steak sauce, touch of Siracha, egg, crispy hash brown, melted cheese and lettuce and raw chopped onion. Keep it simple.
I think the best version of this would be same buns but toasted then fry the mash potatoes and have the mashed potatoes have garlic roasted veggies in it so u get the veggie and garlic taste with a nice crunch but soft center with a nice hearty cheesy beef pattie or two
