I’m with you, I like some seafood but I could take it or leave it. My favorite is blue crabs either steamed in Old Bay or J.O. Seasoning or prepared fried in a BBQ rub. I grew up eating crabs around the table on weekends everyone together for hours picking crabs and drinking. Second to that is crawfish boils, again the friends and family gatherings really enhance things there.
You should get the king crab at the fish markets… they’ll steam/cook it for you there too! Haha and ceviche is raw seafood cooked in the citrus… lol you should try it, soooo good, one of my fav things to eat! You should try more seafood on here!! Korea has sooooo much good seafood🤤🥰
You could make this at home in 15 mins and it would be so much better. These store bought shrimp rings to me have overcooked shrimp and cocktail sauce that is almost all ketchup. As for oysters you should find a really good oyster bar on the US east coast, they’ll have oysters with a variety of flavor profiles from sweet to briny to fishy. Sometimes I’ll put a dash of vinegar or hot sauce but I usually eat them as is. And yeah, I’m not much for cocktails just for the reasons you mentioned, all the extra sugar. I prefer just straight bourbon. Cheers.

Any clear cocktail would work just fine. I recommend a Tom Collins or a Mojito. They work really nicely together.
