  • My experience with desert ginseng (Cistanche tubulosa) over the course of 60 days. It has been considered a natural herbal S.A.R.M. but it also has adaptogenic effects as well as some other mechanisms of action. Could this be an ancient secret to boosting test and gh naturally? #biohacking

      I’d put zinc, magnesium, and vitamin d3 towards the top alongside creatine and protein and whatnot, then I’d have the preworkouts and the pump stuff like agmatine, citrulline, etc. Then I’d have stuff like tongkat ali, fadogia, etc, in the tier after. With those two they only work a little bit if you’ve already got most of your diet/training in check anyway. The body is pristine, and so is the mechanism for making testosterone, muscle protein synthesis, etc. The best things you can do is eat whole foods, train hard, and be outside. On top of that, train hard, have a good sense of self esteem and be competitive amongst your friends.

    Can you do a biphasic sleep experiment for maybe a month? You would go to sleep when the sun goes down, trying to keep artificial light at night as low as possible. The low amount of night should make you naturally tired. Then, you wake up in the middle of the night, preferably four hours after going to sleep. You stay awake for a couple hours then go back to sleep until the sun rises or there is light in the sky. It works best if you naturally wake up in the middle of the night instead of having an alarm to wake you.

    • @btwiusearch2
      @btwiusearch2 5 месяцев назад

      that explains why if I lack sleep it is hard to wake up but then I feel active for 2 to 3 hours and then tired again.

    • @serendipity---
      @serendipity--- 5 месяцев назад +1

      I've done this, not specifically to these requirements, just waking up after four hours then staying up for 2-3 before sleeping another 4.
      I liked it a lot, the time allowed me to either finish work or do my workout earlier. Honestly, I would have not finished a project in one of my courses if not for this. Also, since I really enjoy lucid dreaming, this sleep schedule was ideal in helping me do that as well.

      Korean ginseng was a game changer for me. I tried many ginseng and they were good but the Korean Red was definitely my favorite.
      I boil 1 spoon Burdock root, Fenugreek seeds, ground fennel seed, ground Shitake Mushroom with lemon and one cap of apple cider vinegar.
      Sounds like a lot of work but take me 5mins before bedtime to put one scoop of everything needed in a pot, ready for the morning to cut on low and simmer good.
      I’m 40 and feel like 30. It keeps my hormones stable and at the highest for my age. Veins are like hose pipes but that came from years of big industrial construction jobs, torquing wrench’s, caring 100lb “come along” hoist equipment, up and down platforms, climbing etc.

      Dude Tong Kat is so freaking strong if you think it’s a placebo your getting trash. Order a bottle of the concentrated source naturals. Same with Deer Antler. Either that your already on to much gear to feel anything that isn’t gear. Turkesterone is the only herb that is more effective.
      They aren’t Sarms at all. If your comparing them to sarms again your not going to feel them. These things are in a progressive list of light to heavy and if you have already taken TRT its worth it. If your on TRT your going to see minimal psychological effects. For instance cistanche deer antler after a lot of sexual activity you will find you feel less tired the next morning. That’s it just a bit more energy.

    The fear mongering about it screwing up androgen receptors and muscles is due to people misunderstanding the study and context. Basically the ECH molecule in cistanche is HUGE in molecule sizes. So big that it can't physically pass through any cell me.branes whatsoever which means that it's incapable of reaching andinteracting with any androgen receptors in the body except the very specific ones in the hypothalamus due to a special carrying molecule that can bring it across the blood brain barrier to the hypothalamus. Basically it enters the body and can't touch or do anything to any parts except getting a vip escort syraight to hypothalamus. And since the hypothalamus is basically the 24/7 blood tester always keeping watch over hormones and other blood chemicals it is very hard to decieve, under normal conditions it checks how much testosterone is in the blood using those receptors then it releases more or less LHRH and FSHRH to the pituitary which then getting the signals releases the full versions of those (LH and FSH) straight into the bloodstream where it can be carried to the testes who recievethe signal to produce test and sperm. This is called the HPTA (Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Testes-Axis) This is the reason taking steroids causes testes to stop working because the hypothalamus senses so much androgens present in the blood that it thinks you have more than enough and don't need to produce any so it never sends the signal to the pituitary which then never sends the signal to the testes and after they are not doing theirjob forawhile they shrink and go dormant and eventually just die off.
    So by tricking the hypothalamus to not noticing how much androgens are in the blood cistanche actually works as a pct keeping the testes running even during a steroid cycle or helping them recover after one. On top of boosting a natty's t levels. Basically the brain just has no idea how much test you have and thi ks it's always too low so you're always producing more and therefore the testes groe larger and healthy because they always get to keep working so they are in no danger in fact this is very good for them, basically the testes are now acting as if you exercise very good everyday. As a constantly exercising person would have a nice constant test production rate too so in a way cistanche is like making your hypothalamus think you're always exercising and ready for more test and sperm
    Will definitely help with fertility also (In case there are guys hoping to have a baby with their spouse soon, not only would this keep test production ongoing but also sperm cells)

    • @TigersLullaby125
      @TigersLullaby125 5 месяцев назад +4

      Also Tongkat-Ali effects the HPTA because its chemical structure mimics the shape of LH which is the signal from the Pituitary into the blood to the testes telling them to produce testosterone. So by mimicking LH Tongkat-Ali goes straight to the testes after being absorbed in your gut into the blood and just tells them "Hey we got orders to produce test" and the testes have no idea it wasn't a real order this imposter looks just like the messenger the Pituitary bossman usually sends lol. So Tongkat-Ali basically bypasses the need for hypothalamus' permission and sneakily tells testes to go ahead and produce when they weren't supposed to. But then Mr CEO Hypothalamus finds out later outraged that we have much more test in the blood than he ordered lol, so tongkatAli can actually cause some of the infertility and suppression of natural test just like steroids....
      Except when cistanche is in the picture!! They are the perfect criminal duo😂 One writes false orders to the testes factory while the other distracts the bigboss from finding out

      @@Michael-Archonaeus what supplements have you seen a good difference from? Boron I've definitely seen an improvement and I plan to continue to cycle 9mg of it for the gym. Tribulus I noticed something different. First few days my sleep was bad but now it's fine I still use it. I started seeing new red stretch marks. One big one on my chest and one big one on my back and it's been a while since I've gotten any visible ones that were that pronounced. I attribute it to the tribulus because this was before I started boron. Even if it's just a placebo I'm going to continue to ride the placebo wave.

The amount you spend on supplements why not use a proven one to make up for a lack of naturally producing test? I'm 5 months in my TRT and so far so good.
