@@ezraprzytyk what are you talking about?? All of them were super respectful and this was by far the longest a guest have being continuously speaking at a stretch on Impaulsive. This is Impaulsive's episode with Sadhguru, not Sadhguru comes to Logan's house and gives a speech and goes back. The questions were mostly clarifications cause this way of thinking is very different to what they are used so they needed Sadhguru to guide them and the viewers step by step, cause even I was getting confused at the begining. And there were some good questions I personally wanted to know from him.
This is what happens when you send High school students to Quantum Physics class. Logan didn't squeeze Sadhguru properly. "I don't know anything" is the key of very foundation of knowing everything. This has been properly described in Indian scriptures and other great spiritual leaders had been trying to spread that in this world. We are part of a big thing and identify that big thing , integration with that big thing is actually finding own existence. I might be wrong here while describing.i would like to recommend you guys Ramakrishna Dev who was the guru of Swami Vivekananda and obviously other videos of Sadhguru.
I’m a quarter of the way through and it’s very hard to keep going. Sadhguru’s patience with minds that have not yet developed a longing nor an urge to know the truth of being, was quite masterful. They don’t yet understand that they’re in a burning house and they should not stop and get fixated on the pictures on the wall. They need to get out of the burning building and realize a deeper dimension of being beyond the ordinary ego bound life. A simple question to them such as “What are you?” Or what do you mean by “I”? “What is that?” would have hopefully penetrated the core of these young minds. We assume that we know what life is, we assume that our individual self is solid and contained in a body, we assume awareness is an ordinary (no) thing that goes unquestioned, we assume that our concepts of the world is the world as it is. We live in the world of our ideas and thoughts, not reality. To these young minds all they can see is what can “I” get out of this discussion with an enlightened master? How can I make “my” life better. We assume that the transient ego knows what’s best for this body and life than the intelligence of life itself. So when our most fundamental support structures that sustain our reality starts to crumble in the presence of a being who can carefully take it apart, the whole illusion of “knowing” for these young minds will come crashing down. And then there will be nothing more important, regardless of external circumstances, than to find the truth of BEING and what power and good that can do in the world when discovered. Because all is realized as YOU. You cannot be understood as a something, so all that’s left is the ineffable truth that can’t be put into words but colors your entire existence with its radiant light.

@@TripleA135 I don't know if I agree - it's more that it's too complicated rather than too vague (especially because English isn't his first language) - the point isn't to give you answers but to get you questioning and understanding rather than concluding on a false or non-affirmed basis (i.e. information given to you by others or technology) - it's just difficult to collate all the vague guidance into an understanding - because his exploration is not physical but mental he cannot tell you the solution but rather has to try and guide you there, basically you lot just don't understand it 😂 - I'm a bit skeptical of this guy also because my mum listens to him on the daily and ended up going to India to a do a retreat ar his centre but he truly has some amazing outlooks on life and what is and isn't human - just the questions being thrown at him weren't necessarily the ones he was concerned with - I think one of the easier to understand points he made starts around 35:35 - concerning that, if we can reach any state of being - joyful or at peace - why can we not retain that permanently - if our body is able to create and feel that ecstacy stimulated by a drug, can we not create that within ourselves WITHOUT the use of said drug, and to be able to achieve that calmness untinted by aggression or bias that is experienced rarely, to be able to achieve that as a baseline state, a lot of problems in your life will disappear
I have huge respect for all these guys specially the one next to Logan. Even though he says these talks are new to him, he is trying very hard and putting 100% to understand and have the most respectful conversation with Sadguru. And these kind of people are more important and special than those who are more knowledgeable and smart.
Well I'm 19 and I think he works exceptionally well with younger people, check out his 'Youth & Truth' Series that he did for college kids. I think all that's required for you to listen to him is that you're not invested in your opinions.
As he mentioned in the beginning, it is up to the individual to make meaning out of the things he is saying. Some are not on the same level yet of realization. Who’s to say you’re not missing the point? It’s all subjective
About religion, he was saying people’s belief in their God has not worked and has caused wars for thousands of years. Instead, we “KNOW” things based on our sensations and experiences. Taking religion out of it, a person should feel bad to hurt or kill another person. That should not be a sensation we should enjoy; so therefore we should not be living life that way. So strip life down to the basics. We should be treating each other the ways we want to be treated, with sensations and experiences that make us happy. I’m not saying I believe what the guru said 100% about sensations. I was trying to explain what I think he meant, and that for the average person, it’s a harmless idea to live by. MOST people are genuinely good. If you live by the rule of treat others how you want to be treated, and therefore only doing good to others, how can the religion you believe condemn you to be a bad person, no matter what that religion is.
Okay but how does anyone “know” that hurting people is wrong? It’s because God has instilled Morality in us, that’s why why know what’s right and wrong without having to be taught in certain situations.
@@sihgma6078 because God has instilled morality. That’s an assumption. You didn’t see him doing it. Someone told u, maybe in a book. That’s what Sadhguru is saying.. there are things you know, there are others you assume you know/just believe in
That is a very flawed argument.... What if the person in question feels amazing killing and torturing people. Would that justify the deed? You cannot build an ethical framework on these subjective statements
@@sihgma6078 or it's because we developed or evolved things that benefit our species. Let's not act like we are above animals. No animals go and wage wars and kill to the scale humans do.
For god’s sake, Sadguru was not giving away life’s answers, HE WAS TEACHING YOU A WAY OF BEING! To NOT assume things you do not know, to NOT believe but to actually EXPERIENCE! To crush limiting beliefs ESPECIALLY the hard core religious people who do not know the accuracy of their own limited beliefs.
@Jules D so by your logic even God is about his own “wisdom” and teaching from his own experiences, then why question sadhguru who does the same? following a book or inscription written down by one man’s perspective and living your whole life following it is stupid (not saying God is wrong, but by your logic, God was supposedly doing the same then why listen to him?)

Well when my son died when he was born, I was dealing with so much grief and I didn’t bring that upon myself. He was just born with a very rare disease and no one has ever lived from it. I did not cause my grief and I understand there are many different forms of grief, but I don’t agree with your last statement.
@Kathy Share, I think you misunderstood what I said, what happened to your son was destiny and was gonna happen no matter what. I'm sorry it did of course, a situation like this was meant to happen it was his destiny. What I'm saying is of course that grief wasn't brought on by you, it was brought on by fate. For me this refers to yourself being our own worst enemy. Only you can stop you from succeeding and achievements. That's what I meant

All the sadhguru "fans" let's try to practice what he says .. maybe then we'll stop attacking people who haven't realized many things yet ..instead of calling them idiots or whatever. "Don't look up at something or look down on something " - Sg ✌️🌿
Yeah, they claim to practice these things but it’s always a cover for the need to feel better, more important, smarter, stronger, more this more that. Nothing he says has anything to do with that. If you can’t move past that need, you can never truly practice what he says.
Saurabh Gangwar erm I’m a follower of Mohammed and I definitely would say your statement couldn’t be more incorrect if it tried and no offence but it sounds uneducated also make sure you know what you’re speaking about before leaving a comment like this please
That depends on the situation, When situation demands for a right man to argue and make stupid people understand, one has to do. later in conversation the truth will explain their stance. chances are 50 perc for a stupid person to know what is right. IF no argument then the 0 perc chance and the problem of stupidity persist, It may create problem in future

So, if youre gonna bring in guys like him with the intent to question everything he says, its not gonna work out for you, for him or the audience. In my experience Sadhguru and other people like him, when they talk they kind of take you in a journey, where in the end you will see that everything he has said is connected and makes perfect sense. But if you start questioning everything he says then you lose the point and noone walks out of there with anything than confusement. So i guess what im saying is, open your mind, and even if you disagree with something, wait it out, let him continue his thought process, dont judge in your mind just listen to it and see it as an experience, rather than thins u agree with and things u dont.
When you ask a question, Sadhguru likes to answer them first with explaining the basics of the terms used and set foundation for deeper stuff. You need to have patience to listen to whole answer.
This was embarrassing, these guys were so unprepared to conduct this interview it was a joke. Credit to Sadhguru for being so patient. These guys literally made fools of themselves.

Like Aaron carter. Can’t get a fucking word out
@@natecanskate94 bro he explained his question for the first 5 minutes but mike did get it.

You have invited a person for an interview, be respectful at least.
It’s a podcast, an open conversation. Not an interview or a lecture. Sorry but I didn’t see any disrespect from both parties
When were they disrespectful
They werent disrespectful, just loud. Americans can be loud sometimes. Sadguru doesn't mind at all. I think it was very pleasant overall. 😁
You were so unbelievably lucky to get to meet him. Wow.
He sleeps less than 3 hours per day and is full of activity. His face radiates, he laughs a lot, he talks sense and he intends wellbeing of all. What a wonderful human being ! 🙏🏼
Sleeping less than 3 hrs a day is super unhealthy. You need sleep to function properly and work at your optimal.
@@ashishhamza171 body needs rest and not sleep. Healthline dot com wrote an article explaining how meditation reduces sleep time and increases sleep quality.
Drugs

Also he eats once a day. Maybe the body is capable of things you are not aware of.
This is hilarious...it's like kindergartners attending a master's degree class. Though I must say Logan was listening and that's commendable.
Actually hypocrite . When they roasted sadhguru they are not good
It's hilarious bc the person teaching the master's degree class didn't actually teach anything. Just used semantics to seem enlightened.
EXACTLY
@Awesomevideo Mate don't use the Bible just when it's convenient to you. You are one of the primary examples why people discriminate Christians.
@Awesomevideo if u quoted Bruce lee I still wouldn’t even read it. The fact is that you posted this quote like 40 times alone in this video section. I’m not an atheist nor do I believe in god or religion. I simply just live to live and I’m ok with that and I respect the way u live butttt it gets kinda annoying when u just say all this stuff constantly. Shit even if Jesus was real so what. I’m still depressed. My life still sucks. I still do normal shit. I wake up and eat cereal and live my life and I simply don’t care. If god was real, he would simply make a world so diverse on purpose. If god is real there is no right or wrong choice because we simply live how ever we want.
I can feel the sincerity and respect in Logan’s opening. Hope you can keep inviting spiritual teachers from different traditions. I also think it is okay to not agree with our guru’s explanations as each of us is unique and tuned to different level of wisdom, and understand things differently. I applaud mike and the third host for asking your questions. We need to be inclusive and listen to perspectives from angles.
I'm gonna use this quote from now on.
'Life is a trillion pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, and we only found 3 pieces.'
Okay. Yea this isn’t for the majority of Logan’s audiences. But it is nice to see, assuming that Logan’s audiences are much like him in this situation, how they react. Spencer and Mac aren’t here but we see what could and how to convince or teach people who are not familiar to this kind of ideology.
Sadhguru offers tools to enhance yourself. This is one of Sadhguru’s tool “Isha Kriya” very powerful
ruclips.net/video/EwQkfoKxRvo/видео.html
Is for everyone
This is not an ideology. The things Sadhguru say are real, if you believe it or not. If you don't believe into it, his words would also be the ,,truth". The nice thing is, you can experience everything he told and check if it's the truth. I have experienced it and it changed everything
Sadhguru is not with any ideology. Ideologies just create more harm. Someone has an ideal, they put into action, millions die.
@king k he is not a hindu
this is the best guest that's even been on the show
Loving Sadhguru's steampunk aesthetic.
Logans maturity level compared to Mike and the people he surrounds himself with is very obvious.

Love this episode. So deep. The fact that George didn’t even speak an his body language is exactly why this conversation was so important. So good to learn that we all need to read the manual of our mind and body to use it properly and don’t allow believes become what we really need to know. Let’s keep seeking. Thanks Logan!
yes, agree
the manual is bible
agreed!!!
Goerge does speak doesnt he?
Some of the things he’s saying is so wise and I don’t thing I’m in his level and that so weird that he’s just over my head and it grounds me like I feel like I’m really smart in how i think but I know that I’m not because I’ve felt like I’ve that before and then looked back at that now and think how much I’ve grown fro that and I’m just 16, this is going to happen so many times as I just experience life more
This same thing happened to me when i was 16 and this guy blowed my mind i am 18 now this guy is my hero
Blyth
same here
He wants you to think that's all...He doesn't give answers.....Initially, I used to think about why he doesn't give the answers now I know why...
Ah yes.. 3 years back I had this same level of thinking.. now I have done a lot of things and learned a lot and made a lot of money too.. trust me ur on the right path ..keep watching sexy vids like these from Ted talks etc and dont forget to actually do somthing ..not just watch all day long. :)
I find Sadhguru so easy to understand, so it's surprising when he isn't understood, but it makes for an interesting episode to watch..... It's much more refreshing to see people who show a lack of understanding meeting someone as they explain. Neither is smarter than the other. Mike and Logan showed great respect. George later said he was 'so angry' for this conversation
I never liked Logan but his curiousness to learn and explore and beign a good listener will probably take him far in his life ... he does stupid shit but he is an intelligent dude and will probably learn from the mistakes like all human. Beign do

Exactly
Very well said
Logan did a good job of listening to him but mike kept interupting him lol
@loganpaul take notes
This is exactly it, his points become clear when he finishes but if you cut it off your not getting full picture
Logan : Have you ever tried weed
Sadhguru : Well once I drank King Cobra's venom...is it not good enough of a substance
Ha ha ha. I thought the same.

@@sauravkumarsr7 he's asking for the time stamp, what's the relation between a timestamp and understanding the joke lmfao?
When you ask a question, Sadhguru likes to answer them first with explaining the basics of the terms used and set foundation for deeper stuff. You need to have patience to listen to whole answer.
I'm from India , and Sadhguru is a very big deal here ..
How did Logan manage to get him on the show ?
Amazing

This was embarrassing, these guys were so unprepared to conduct this interview it was a joke. Credit to Sadhguru for being so patient. These guys literally made fools of themselves.
i cannot agree more. Sadhguru isn't speaking nonsense. He's literally describing what humans are, essentially. A physical, emotional, psychological being with senses and these idiots (not Logan) are saying things like "I'm new to this". As if this is some newfound information lol.
Well this just goes to show how disconnected many humans are... They are so engrained into the material world they do not recognize anything else... All they see is Verizon bills... Hopefully these men think think on what sadhguru has shared with them... And maybe look into his books.
I think it's brilliant for these guys to have such a guest. Almost like a civil service that's much needed.
These comments read the same as a criticism of a five year old for not understanding algebra.
guys were getting agitated, not a good interview at all
