I'm just going from your video. Look at this video and check the which side the gasket is to the diaphragm, when you take it off 2:45 (this is the correct side btw; the inside ) and then see you put it on the outside in your video 6:17(the wrong side). Normally a gasket goes on the outside to seal in liquids but the diaphragm has no liquid between it and the outer casing and so the gasket goes between it and the block the liquid side. That's how it was on the old diaphragm in 2:24 and how it is on all the carburetors I know.
Metering diaphragm gasket always goes toward the inside. Pump diaphragm gasket goes on the outside. Doesn’t matter what brand or model carb it is. They all go that way. Own my own shop and have been doing stuff this for 40 years.

You put the diaphragm gasket on the wrong side, note which side it was on the diaphragm when you took of the old one.
it was on right. everything got put back together. just like was when took it apart. and runns perfect now
