    I’ve been sober from opiate addiction for ten years now but my dopamine levels have never come back. It’s pretty depressing living that way but I’ve learned to deal with it. Still hoping it changes someday. 👍

    How long does it take for dopomine to replenish itself ? I had a d2 blockade in the hospital 4 months ago .. I have no joy pleasure or motivation since … will I heal eventually?

      I mean if your over 27 years old , it doesn’t really repair like that. It might take 5 years of going to the gym everyday at 9am . If your ready for that

    I’ve been smoking weed for 9 years and 3 weeks in and I still feel weird. I’m not in bad shape either

      Here’s what I realized, you may have replaced the weed with something that is still unhealthy for your dopamine levels, a lot of the time we start drugs to fill in those gaps and then when we stop, quitting didn’t fix everything it just fixed the weed addiction. Do some self work get to the route of the whole problem. You probably started weed bcz you felt unsatisfied to start with
