quick tip.. back buttons you want to press towards the back of the machine not the sides of the grips... much easier/comfortable
BTW ... if you keep having problems contact support. If you have to RMA it then they have been really good with their customer service. It might take a day or so for them to get into contact with you.

I ordered the 64gb base model, it's arriving tomorrow. Also bought screen protector s, extra long USB cable, 1tb sd card, flash drive, and USB c to USB -A adapter to transfer roms and bios to PC to my Steamdeck. Is it true there is Q1 and Q3 Steamdeck models?
Hey Lex, that's a good list of accessories! Many do recommend putting ROMs to SD card, so you can use card reader to quickly transfer everything in corresponding folders.
For the Q1 vs Q3, there were different cooling fan manufacturers, but according to latest teardowns , some new steam decks do have the same fans as Q1. So to be honest, there are 0 differences between Q1 and Q3 models
